:00:00. > :00:08.Good morning. I'm Ayshah with news of space apprenticeships and the man

:00:09. > :00:16.who had his leg attached to his arm coming up on Newsround.

:00:17. > :00:20.To the latest on Ukraine first, and US President Barack Obama has warned

:00:21. > :00:23.Russia there will be costs if it sends troops to interfere with

:00:24. > :00:26.what's going on in the country. Yesterday, one of Ukraine's leading

:00:27. > :00:32.politicians accused Russia of starting an invasion after armed men

:00:33. > :00:36.took control of two major airports. Russia has denied that had anything

:00:37. > :00:38.to do with them, but they did put 150,000 troops on high alert on

:00:39. > :00:45.Ukraine's border earlier in the week.

:00:46. > :00:50.Next, budding engineers are being given the chance to sign up for

:00:51. > :00:52.elite space training. It's part of the UK government's plan to

:00:53. > :00:54.encourage more young people, interested in science and

:00:55. > :00:57.engineering, to get into the industry. They've launched the first

:00:58. > :01:01.university level apprenticeship in space training and believe that the

:01:02. > :01:07.UK space business will be worth ?30 billion in 20 years' time.

:01:08. > :01:11.Next, a man who had a world first operation to have part of his leg

:01:12. > :01:15.re-attached to his arm has been speaking about how it saved his

:01:16. > :01:18.life. It was feared there was nothing doctors could do after Ian

:01:19. > :01:22.McGregor was diagnosed with a large tumour at the top of his leg. But in

:01:23. > :01:26.an 18-hour operation, doctors removed the lower leg, attached it

:01:27. > :01:31.to his arm to keep it growing, removed the tumour and then grafted

:01:32. > :01:37.the muscles back onto the skin. Ian says it's like something out of a

:01:38. > :01:42.film. They took the calf off, implanted it into your right arm so

:01:43. > :01:46.they can keep it alive. I thought,"It's just amazing, what

:01:47. > :01:53.they can do". It's Star Trekky! It's getting into the realms of...

:01:54. > :01:55.Next, it's one of the most popular programmes on CBBC, and yesterday

:01:56. > :01:59.Leanne Dunstan and Kasey McKellar, who play Faith and Bailey in The

:02:00. > :02:03.Dumping Ground, stopped by Newsround to have a chat. Leah put some of

:02:04. > :02:07.your questions to them. This is from Catherine. She says, "How long have

:02:08. > :02:11.you been acting for, and how old were you when you started acting?"

:02:12. > :02:15.I've been doing it from a very, very young age, but professionally I'd

:02:16. > :02:20.say the last five, six years. I started when I was 13. I went to an

:02:21. > :02:24.agency not far from where I live. I got in, and I got signed with the

:02:25. > :02:28.agency. I was 14. It just kicked off from there, really. This is from Max

:02:29. > :02:32.in Southampton. He says, "Is it hard making the episodes at all?" With

:02:33. > :02:36.acting, people think it's easy. It's not really easy when you have to

:02:37. > :02:39.wake up about five o'clock, four thirty, and you go till lunchtime

:02:40. > :02:47.and you finish about seven o'clock sometimes. It is quite demanding.

:02:48. > :02:50.You have to really love it and you have to be really, really passionate

:02:51. > :02:54.about it. And you can see the guys answer more of your questions later

:02:55. > :02:57.today on CBBC or right now on the Newsround website.

:02:58. > :03:01.That's it. We're back just before midday.
