:00:00. > :00:09.Hey, guys, Martin here with the morning's big stories. Coming up:

:00:10. > :00:15.How much fruit and veg should we be eating? The singing nun who has

:00:16. > :00:28.become an Internet hit. Let's start with criticisms today

:00:29. > :00:31.over the price of England's new World Cup football shirt. The

:00:32. > :00:34.Football Association's under fire after it was revealed an exact

:00:35. > :00:39.replica of the shirt Rooney, Gerrard and others will wear will cost ?90.

:00:40. > :00:42.Cheaper "stadium shirts" are ?60 for grown-ups and ?42 for kids, but many

:00:43. > :00:46.people say that's too much. The FA say they're not involved in the

:00:47. > :00:48.pricing, which they leave to the makers Nike.

:00:49. > :00:54.Well, some of you have already been in touch about this this morning. .

:00:55. > :00:58.Pheobe in Leeds says "It is disgusting to charge so much for a

:00:59. > :01:02.football shirt and to pay players such massive wages when they do not

:01:03. > :01:05.deserve it." Morgan in Wigan says "I think football kits cost too much

:01:06. > :01:08.because in the world, there are people who don't have clothes and we

:01:09. > :01:11.have to pay ?90 pounds. It's ridiculous." Ethan in Maidstone says

:01:12. > :01:13."They are too expensive but I managed to get a Man City shirt for

:01:14. > :01:19.?21." And thanks for those, and keep them

:01:20. > :01:31.coming in. We're talking fruit and veg, and how

:01:32. > :01:35.much you eat. A new study has suggested that instead of getting

:01:36. > :01:37.your five a day, we should be eating seven or more portions to be even

:01:38. > :01:40.healthier. Researchers from University College London studied

:01:41. > :01:43.more than 65,000 thousand people over seven years and found that

:01:44. > :01:46.while eating five portions a day was good, eating seven was better. The

:01:47. > :01:49.Government say they're sticking to the five- a-day advice, but the

:01:50. > :01:51.researchers insist having seven makes sense. Every additional

:01:52. > :01:58.portion gives an added health benefit, so in our study, the people

:01:59. > :02:03.eating three portions did much better than the people eating one,

:02:04. > :02:05.and the people with most health benefits which eating more than

:02:06. > :02:08.seven. Next, they cheer us up when we're

:02:09. > :02:12.sad, keep us company when we're alone and entertain us when we're

:02:13. > :02:15.bored. Dogs always seem to know how we're feeling, although it's hard

:02:16. > :02:19.for us to say the same. But a new piece of wearable tech could be

:02:20. > :02:23.about to change all of that. Watch this.

:02:24. > :02:28.Lots of families across the UK have to leave their dogs home alone while

:02:29. > :02:32.they head to work or school. And it's difficult to know whether or

:02:33. > :02:41.not they have had a nice day. But a new piece of wearable tech called a

:02:42. > :02:45.barking belt should change that. It has a voice recorder and a camera,

:02:46. > :02:50.recording your dog's daily activities and telling you how the

:02:51. > :02:54.dog has been feeling. Once you get home for the day, you take the card

:02:55. > :03:00.out of the back of the collar and put it in your computer. It then

:03:01. > :03:09.takes these wave forms from the dog's bark and translates them into

:03:10. > :03:17.human emotions. I'm hungry. This is fun. What are you looking at? So,

:03:18. > :03:21.what do people make of it? I often feel guilty about leaving my dog at

:03:22. > :03:27.home, so this where I can find out what he has been up to all day. They

:03:28. > :03:31.look great, but I don't have a dog. I would love to get one for my

:03:32. > :03:36.goldfish, though. Although the makers of chosen to release the

:03:37. > :03:40.gadget today, there are few problems they need to iron out before it

:03:41. > :03:44.becomes available in the shops. Now, we're sorry if you fancied one

:03:45. > :03:47.of those collars, because I've got to come clean - that was Newsround's

:03:48. > :03:52.April Fool and they're not real. It is April Fool's Day today and you

:03:53. > :04:00.can head online now to check out our April Fool's quiz. Sorry, guys!

:04:01. > :04:05.Sport, and Man United take on Bayern Munich tonight in the first leg of

:04:06. > :04:09.their Champions League quarter final. United have key injuries to

:04:10. > :04:12.Robin van Persie and Patrice Evra. The German side have already won

:04:13. > :04:16.their domestic league with seven games to go and are considered the

:04:17. > :04:18.best team in Europe at the moment. And in the Premier League,

:04:19. > :04:21.Sunderland's hopes of avoiding relegation took a big blow last

:04:22. > :04:25.night. They went down 2-1 to West Ham at home who scored through Andy

:04:26. > :04:28.Carroll and midfielder Mo Diame. Adam Johnson pulled one back but it

:04:29. > :04:38.wasn't enough. The loss leaves them four points from safety. I think

:04:39. > :04:43.everybody would agree that with more chances, more shots, it would've

:04:44. > :04:46.been better, and that is not what showed you.

:04:47. > :04:50.Last up, a nun has become a YouTube hit after footage of her appearing

:04:51. > :04:53.on the Italian version of The Voice went viral. Nearly 40 million people

:04:54. > :04:56.have watched a video showing Sister Cristina Scootcha singing an Alicia

:04:57. > :04:59.Keys ballad. That's all from me. Newsround's back

:05:00. > :05:01.right here in about half an hour.
