:00:11. > :00:15.Some big news on the world's biggest mammal.

:00:16. > :00:22.Some big news on the world's biggest singing Nun stunned the world. It's

:00:23. > :00:26.Newsround. A subject that's got lots of you

:00:27. > :00:29.talking today. The price of England's World Cup kit. The FA has

:00:30. > :00:34.been criticised by players and politicians after it was revealed it

:00:35. > :00:38.would cost ?90 for an exact adult replica of the new shirt. A cheaper

:00:39. > :00:43.version is available for ?60 with kids ones costing ?42 and ?40. It's

:00:44. > :00:45.clearly something you guys care a lot about as you have been getting

:00:46. > :01:04.in touch online all day: Joining me now is BBC Sport reporter

:01:05. > :01:08.Ben Smith. Thanks for coming in. What is behind this?

:01:09. > :01:11.I think the first thing to say is it's a massive year for everyone in

:01:12. > :01:16.football. The World Cup is ten weeks away, so that means big business for

:01:17. > :01:19.everyone. Nike pay the FA who look after football in England ?25

:01:20. > :01:24.million a year just for the right to sell the shirts. In a normal year,

:01:25. > :01:27.they would sell around a million shirts, in World Cup year they'll

:01:28. > :01:31.sell three times as many. It's big business, a big moment for

:01:32. > :01:36.Nike and it's been overshadowed by the price tag. Lots more comments

:01:37. > :01:40.coming in. One e-mailer says it's expensive but looks so good. Another

:01:41. > :01:44.Ben says it's a waste of money because England will be out after

:01:45. > :01:48.three games of the World Cup. That's his perspective. But what about the

:01:49. > :01:51.price of the kit versus international other ones? The Home

:01:52. > :01:53.Nations, England Scotland and Wales for instance, they are a little

:01:54. > :02:03.cheaper, well much cheaper. They are not going to the World Cup,

:02:04. > :02:06.we should say. The average shirt prize of those going to the World

:02:07. > :02:11.Cup, the average price is ?62. So there is a difference there, clearly

:02:12. > :02:16.which is upsetting a lot of fans. A lot of people are slightly worried

:02:17. > :02:19.they won't be able to afford it, so do you think anything will come of

:02:20. > :02:23.this? Nike have been quick to say that actually, you are paying for a

:02:24. > :02:26.real clever shirt in a way, this shirt will help England cope with

:02:27. > :02:30.the neat Brazil and so they are saying this ?90 shirt has all the

:02:31. > :02:35.technology in it. We tried to contact the FA and Nike. Neither

:02:36. > :02:39.were able to speak to us today. What have they said about it? That ?90

:02:40. > :02:41.shirt's got all the clever technology that will help England

:02:42. > :02:45.cope with the heat in Brazil. It will be very hot out there. They

:02:46. > :02:49.sell a ?60 version which will look very similar but doesn't have that

:02:50. > :02:54.technology to help you stay cool in these hot temperatures. Thank you so

:02:55. > :02:58.much for coming in to chat to us. Next, an international court has

:02:59. > :03:03.told Japan to stop killing whales in the ocean around Antarctica. It's

:03:04. > :03:05.after Australia complained they were breaking worldwide rules meant to

:03:06. > :03:11.prevent whales being killed for meat.

:03:12. > :03:15.For centuries, whales have been hunted for their meat and blubber.

:03:16. > :03:20.In some countries, whale meat is a delicacy and in Japan it's sold in

:03:21. > :03:24.shops and served in restaurants. Hunting whales reduced their numbers

:03:25. > :03:27.to dangerously low levels, and in 1986, hunting whales for meat was

:03:28. > :03:30.banned. Killing whales for scientific

:03:31. > :03:34.research was still allowed, conservation groups then claimed

:03:35. > :03:37.that Japan was using this as an excuse to keep the supply of whale

:03:38. > :03:41.meat coming. Four years ago, Australia accused

:03:42. > :03:46.Japan of illegally killing Weals in the southern ocean around Antarctica

:03:47. > :03:50.and took the can you think Troy an international court to make them

:03:51. > :03:57.stop. The court found Japan had killed around 3,600 Minke whales

:03:58. > :04:01.there since 2005. They decided this wasn't for scientific reasons and

:04:02. > :04:04.has ordered them to stop. TRANSLATION: We are deeply

:04:05. > :04:10.disappointed and regret the result, but Japan will abide by the ruling

:04:11. > :04:16.as a law-abiding nation. The decision is seen as a big victory. I

:04:17. > :04:20.very much appreciate the desire of the Australian people general

:04:21. > :04:24.generally to see an end to whaling in the southern ocean. The court's

:04:25. > :04:27.ruling only applies to the southern oh meaning Japan can still hunt

:04:28. > :04:32.whales elsewhere. A complete end to international

:04:33. > :04:38.whaling is still some way off. Finally, a Nun has become a YouTube

:04:39. > :04:40.hit after footage of her appearing on the Italian version of The Voice

:04:41. > :04:54.went viral. Millions of people have watched her

:04:55. > :05:03.sing the Alicia Keys song. That's all from me. A few more

:05:04. > :05:04.comments, lots agree that the
