0:00:04 > 0:00:05Hello.

0:00:05 > 0:00:08Jenny here, live with your second Newsround this Saturday.

0:00:08 > 0:00:10Coming right up...

0:00:10 > 0:00:12Find out what happened when this bear nosed his way

0:00:12 > 0:00:14into a shop in Alaska.

0:00:14 > 0:00:15And bad news for Adele fans.

0:00:15 > 0:00:25Keep watching.

0:00:26 > 0:00:28But first...

0:00:28 > 0:00:31The British and Irish Lions have pulled off an incredible win

0:00:31 > 0:00:34in their do or die match against the New Zealand All Blacks.

0:00:34 > 0:00:37In a match that saw both sides wrestling for a lead throughout,

0:00:37 > 0:00:39it was Owen Farrell's 78th minute penalty, that gave

0:00:39 > 0:00:42the Lions a 24-21 victory - their first win over

0:00:42 > 0:00:49the All Blacks since 1993.

0:00:49 > 0:00:51The teams have one point each, heading into the series

0:00:51 > 0:00:57decider in a week's time.

0:00:57 > 0:00:59The Tour de France starts tomorrow.

0:00:59 > 0:01:01It's one of the toughest bike races in the world.

0:01:01 > 0:01:04But what if you aren't that confident on two wheels?

0:01:04 > 0:01:06Whitney got some tips from bike fans Saskia and Alfie...

0:01:06 > 0:01:11This is harder than it looks, guys.

0:01:11 > 0:01:14You kind of put your foot under and bring it up a little.

0:01:14 > 0:01:18Rest your foot on it.

0:01:18 > 0:01:21Then you kind of put your foot here and it kind of catches on

0:01:21 > 0:01:23to the pedal.

0:01:23 > 0:01:24Right.

0:01:24 > 0:01:27Let me try that again.

0:01:27 > 0:01:34So, lift your foot up and see it catches on to the pedal a little.

0:01:34 > 0:01:36See?

0:01:36 > 0:01:37That's really good.

0:01:37 > 0:01:38OK.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40I can't ride straight.

0:01:40 > 0:01:43If you look in front of you, kind of keep straight try

0:01:43 > 0:01:45not to move your arms too much.

0:01:45 > 0:01:47It's natural for everyone to shake a little bit.

0:01:47 > 0:01:48Why are my tyres not as initials?

0:01:48 > 0:01:55Our bikes are road bikes.

0:01:55 > 0:01:59Tyres are a lot thinner.

0:01:59 > 0:02:02It means less grip on the road but it

0:02:02 > 0:02:05also means slightly more speed.

0:02:05 > 0:02:10Mountain bikes are built for going up tracks.

0:02:10 > 0:02:12So, these are the brakes.

0:02:12 > 0:02:14That difference on road bikes.

0:02:14 > 0:02:19This is going downhill.

0:02:19 > 0:02:24You'd more power when you have gripping on to the

0:02:24 > 0:02:26brakes will do you can squeeze them really tight.

0:02:26 > 0:02:28With most bikes, it is straight handlebars.

0:02:28 > 0:02:30The little easier to pull the also less power.

0:02:30 > 0:02:32Using smart phones is changing the way we walk,

0:02:32 > 0:02:33according to scientists.

0:02:33 > 0:02:35Using trackers, the University of Essex discovered those

0:02:35 > 0:02:38who message or check social media, whilst walking, tend to be slower -

0:02:38 > 0:02:41taking shorter steps and not lifting their feet as much.

0:02:41 > 0:02:43But the biggest risk was they were less aware of what's

0:02:43 > 0:02:45going on around them.

0:02:45 > 0:02:48Bad news for Adele fans, due to see her at Wembley this weekend.

0:02:48 > 0:02:50The singer has cancelled both shows, because she's hurt her throat.

0:02:50 > 0:02:52Adele tweeted that she was devastated and heartbroken.

0:02:52 > 0:02:54But admitted she'd struggled to sing earlier this week.

0:02:54 > 0:02:56On Wednesday night she also told fans that this

0:02:56 > 0:02:58tour could be her last.

0:02:58 > 0:03:00Tonight's final episode of this series of Doctor Who will mark

0:03:00 > 0:03:04the end of an era for two of the key members of the team.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07It will be the last to have Peter Capaldi as the Doctor,

0:03:07 > 0:03:09and they'll also say goodbye to head writer, Steven Moffat.

0:03:09 > 0:03:11Here's a sneak peek of what you can expect.

0:03:11 > 0:03:14We're not going to get out of this one, are we?

0:03:14 > 0:03:15The cybermen are coming.

0:03:15 > 0:03:18I stand where I stand.

0:03:18 > 0:03:23It's where I fall.

0:03:23 > 0:03:33I will never stand with the Doctor.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40Without witness.

0:03:40 > 0:03:41Without reward.

0:03:41 > 0:03:42Stand with me.

0:03:42 > 0:03:43It's all I've ever wanted.

0:03:43 > 0:03:46They're the huge lumps of fat, that join together, clogging up

0:03:46 > 0:03:48the sewers causing all sorts of nasty problems.

0:03:48 > 0:03:50But now fatburgs are being turned into something more valuable.

0:03:50 > 0:03:59I wouldn't eat your lunch while you're watching this.

0:03:59 > 0:04:01Deep below our feet, in the sewers underground,

0:04:01 > 0:04:04something nasty lurks.

0:04:04 > 0:04:10When people pour fat and grease from cooking

0:04:10 > 0:04:16down the drain, the

0:04:16 > 0:04:19fat clumps together to create massive, horrible fat bergs.

0:04:19 > 0:04:27Some fat bergs are huge and can be eight

0:04:27 > 0:04:36big problems, costing water companies a lot of money to

0:04:36 > 0:04:37to clear away.

0:04:37 > 0:04:39That's about four foot deep down there.

0:04:39 > 0:04:41Now this sewer sludge is about to be changed into something

0:04:41 > 0:04:42really valuable.

0:04:42 > 0:04:45A fuel company is going around sucking up the fat

0:04:45 > 0:04:46bergs.

0:04:46 > 0:04:48They are then taken to a special processing plant and they

0:04:48 > 0:04:51can be turned into a type of car fuel, called bio diesel.

0:04:51 > 0:04:54So, we've collected a fat bergs from a water

0:04:54 > 0:04:55company sewer.

0:04:55 > 0:04:57The vehicle has travelled down, he has come to site.

0:04:57 > 0:04:58He is now tipping.

0:04:58 > 0:05:00There's a load of solids in this one.

0:05:00 > 0:05:03He is using the tipping truck to tips that in the

0:05:03 > 0:05:05foot of this is where we receive all those

0:05:05 > 0:05:06raw materials to turn into biofuel.

0:05:06 > 0:05:08The fat gets heated, pumped, and filtered, removing all

0:05:08 > 0:05:10the sludge and slime.

0:05:10 > 0:05:11So, we've removed all of the solids and

0:05:11 > 0:05:15liquids and we are left with a really clean oil, that looks a

0:05:15 > 0:05:16little bit like this.

0:05:16 > 0:05:17From this...

0:05:17 > 0:05:18To this.

0:05:18 > 0:05:19Pretty remarkable.

0:05:19 > 0:05:21The bio diesel is way cleaner for the

0:05:21 > 0:05:22environment than regular diesel.

0:05:22 > 0:05:24This plant can make up to 90 million litres a year.

0:05:24 > 0:05:26But, are there enough slimy fat bergs around?

0:05:26 > 0:05:28I guess it is difficult to safest as part of

0:05:28 > 0:05:32the trial, have been taking about 30 tonnes a week out of Birmingham.

0:05:32 > 0:05:34That's 30 tonnes of fat bergs from Birmingham every week.

0:05:34 > 0:05:36I don't know whether to be disgusted or

0:05:36 > 0:05:41impressed.

0:05:41 > 0:05:42So, from yuck, to useful.

0:05:42 > 0:05:45Fat bergs are being turned into something pretty nifty.

0:05:45 > 0:05:47Finally, a shop owner in Alaska got a bit of a surprise.

0:05:47 > 0:05:49When this bear wandered into his shop.

0:05:49 > 0:05:56The bear nosed around the sweet section for a bit,

0:05:56 > 0:06:01but was chased off before it could get its claws on any candy.

0:06:04 > 0:06:06Are you a big fan of Horrible Histories Gory Games?

0:06:06 > 0:06:08Do you know the beastliest bits of history?
