:02:01. > :02:07.going to be late. The parents want to get their children to school and
:02:08. > :02:12.then they start going mad and crazy. A road monster is a person who
:02:13. > :02:17.drives over the speed limit or he or she parks on double yellow lines.
:02:18. > :02:22.All those kids that want to walk or cycle or scoot to school, having all
:02:23. > :02:25.this traffic around it makes it much less likely they will do that
:02:26. > :02:34.because it is dangerous and it worries them. And making the video
