0:01:59 > 0:02:03And I'm Izzy and as you might have guessed, we are twins.

0:02:03 > 0:02:05Izzy is a brilliant gymnast and when we were younger she used

0:02:05 > 0:02:08to compete at national level.

0:02:08 > 0:02:11But she had a really bad ankle injury a few years ago

0:02:11 > 0:02:13which stopped her competing.

0:02:13 > 0:02:16So how did it feel when you hurt your ankle and you thought

0:02:16 > 0:02:18you wouldn't be able to do gymnastics again?

0:02:18 > 0:02:21Well, I was really disappointed and upset because gymnastics

0:02:21 > 0:02:24was everything to me and to think I wouldn't be able to do it again

0:02:24 > 0:02:27just really upset me.

0:02:27 > 0:02:29Was it really hard watching me?

0:02:29 > 0:02:32It took along time to get better and I knew I would get

0:02:32 > 0:02:36there eventually but when I was just waiting to be able to do things

0:02:36 > 0:02:39and join in with any kind of sport again and I was watching you,

0:02:39 > 0:02:41it made me very frustrated I couldn't just jump

0:02:41 > 0:02:45onto the floor and join in.

0:02:45 > 0:02:48How does it make you feel being able to do gymnastics again?

0:02:48 > 0:02:51It makes me feel really happy and delighted that I can do

0:02:51 > 0:02:57the sport that I love and I'm so thankful that my injury

0:02:57 > 0:03:04didn't stop me from doing gymnastics altogether.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06This weekend we're heading to the London Festival of Gymnastics

0:03:06 > 0:03:09and this will be the first time since we were younger

0:03:09 > 0:03:10that we have performed together.

0:03:10 > 0:03:12How are you feeling about performing at the Festival?

0:03:12 > 0:03:20Really excited because my big first performance and I'm a bit nervous

0:03:20 > 0:03:22things might go wrong but mostly excited.

0:03:22 > 0:03:32And ready to do it.

0:03:36 > 0:03:39It was really fun because I haven't done anything like that before.
