:00:23. > :00:27.Hi, guys. It's Monday afternoon, I'm Joe, and you're with Newsround.

:00:27. > :00:33.Here is what's coming up: Why Justin Bieber's UK tour isn't

:00:33. > :00:37.really a tour of the UK. And what's that racket? Nel meets

:00:37. > :00:40.the kids hoping to be the next Murray or Watson.

:00:40. > :00:43.First, let's go straight to Wimbledon. Big day today, because

:00:43. > :00:53.Andy Murray is playing for a place in the quarter-finals. Ore, what's

:00:53. > :00:55.

:00:55. > :01:00.happening? I am hanging out with Boris Becker, the legend and three-

:01:00. > :01:04.time Wimbledon champion. Pleasure to be very intimate with you here

:01:04. > :01:08.on this green tennis sofa. You have been commentating on some of the

:01:08. > :01:12.matches this week. And unfortunately, you join us just as

:01:12. > :01:18.the rain comes down and play is suspended. But against Marin Cilic,

:01:18. > :01:21.Murray is doing well. He has done very well. He was up when the match

:01:21. > :01:25.had to be stopped because of the weather. He looked comfortable. I

:01:25. > :01:34.was worried that he might have ill- effects after his long match on

:01:34. > :01:39.Saturday night. My alarm has just gone off, sorry! That is OK, you

:01:39. > :01:48.are an important person. But Marin Cilic had a long match on Saturday

:01:48. > :01:53.evening as well. Things are looking bright for Murray. And if he can

:01:53. > :01:56.take in some of his form, he might progress better than he ever has

:01:57. > :02:01.before. What are his prospects? Everybody has been talking about

:02:01. > :02:05.the bottom of opening up ever since Rafael Nadal dropped out of the

:02:05. > :02:11.tournament. That is true, but on the other hand, lots of other

:02:11. > :02:17.matches still have to be played. Murray's next opponent has to be

:02:17. > :02:22.determined still. There are lots of ifs and buts and may bes. It is

:02:22. > :02:27.difficult to see who will make it all the way through the final.

:02:27. > :02:33.what is it like to win Wimbledon? Good! Very nice, something I will

:02:33. > :02:36.cherish for the rest of my life. Hopefully, this could be Mr

:02:36. > :02:41.Murray's yr. Join us later, because I will have another special guest

:02:41. > :02:44.on the sofa. More from Ore at Wimbledon in a bit.

:02:44. > :02:47.Let's get the other main stories of the day, starting with the news

:02:47. > :02:50.that three British soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan. They

:02:50. > :02:53.were part of a group of troops helping to train up Afghan police.

:02:53. > :02:57.Their families have been told the news. The three men were killed by

:02:57. > :03:00.one of the local policemen they were working with. He has now been

:03:00. > :03:03.arrested, and there will be a big investigation into why it happened

:03:03. > :03:05.to make sure the two sides can trust each other again.

:03:05. > :03:08.Next, the Deputy Prime Minister has told Newsround that Britain's

:03:08. > :03:11.bankers are a "source of embarrassment and shame". Nel

:03:11. > :03:15.quizzed him after one of the top men at Barclay's quit his job when

:03:15. > :03:17.it came out that the bank had lied about the amount of money it was

:03:17. > :03:21.making. Earlier, the Prime Minister, David Cameron, announced that there

:03:21. > :03:28.will be an inquiry into what is happening with the banks. Here is

:03:28. > :03:32.Nel with Nick Clegg. The banks used to be the jewel in the crown of our

:03:32. > :03:35.country, and now they are a source of embarrassment and shame. People

:03:36. > :03:41.need to take responsibility for the things that went wrong. Banks are

:03:41. > :03:45.important. They make the Money-Go- Round our economy. Without banks,

:03:45. > :03:49.our economy would be nothing. We need people to take responsibility

:03:49. > :03:50.when things go wrong, not just get all the big bucks when things go

:03:50. > :03:54.right. Barclays was fined hundreds of

:03:54. > :03:56.millions of pounds last week over the scandal. It comes at a time

:03:56. > :03:59.when the British banking system continues to make the headlines for

:03:59. > :04:03.all the wrong reasons. British bankers haven't had an easy

:04:03. > :04:06.few years. They got a lot of the blame when the country started

:04:06. > :04:10.facing serious money problems in 2008. They were accused of being

:04:10. > :04:16.greedy and taking too many risks with people's money. But now their

:04:16. > :04:20.popularity has hit a new low. To buy a house, you go to the bank and

:04:20. > :04:23.it lends you the money. Banks lend businesses money, too. But banks

:04:23. > :04:28.also lend money to other banks, and they charge each other different

:04:28. > :04:30.amounts to do it. It has now come out that between 2005 and 2009,

:04:30. > :04:34.Barclays lied about those amounts to their customers who had borrowed

:04:34. > :04:43.cash from them, so they ended up paying more money, which the bank

:04:43. > :04:47.pocketed. There was a big investigation, and that is why last

:04:47. > :04:49.week, Barclays was hit by a 290 million fine. Earlier today, one of

:04:49. > :04:55.Barclays' big bosses, Marcus Agius, said he needed to accept

:04:55. > :04:58.responsibility for what happened, and stood down from his job. But it

:04:58. > :05:02.doesn't stop there, and now 20 banks are being investigated to see

:05:02. > :05:05.whether they are guilty of this, too. Since 2009, banks have made

:05:05. > :05:13.massive changes to how they work, but some politicians still think it

:05:13. > :05:17.is very serious and want the police to look into it.

:05:17. > :05:22.Next, stand by for Bieber Fever in the UK - well, sort of. Justin has

:05:22. > :05:25.announced a six-day tour. He will perform in cities including London,

:05:25. > :05:28.Birmingham and Manchester. But fans in Scotland, Wales and Northern

:05:28. > :05:32.Ireland are in for disappointment after the so-called "UK" tour will

:05:32. > :05:42.only include English gigs. Tickets go on sale on Friday. Full details

:05:42. > :05:57.

:05:57. > :06:01.That's your news for the day. Before we sign off, I will hand you

:06:01. > :06:09.back to Wimbledon for more on the big match from our own ace in the

:06:09. > :06:13.hole, Ore. You are joining me as the rain has

:06:13. > :06:17.held off. But play is still suspended on court, which means

:06:17. > :06:22.Murray will have to wait before he gets back on in his match against

:06:22. > :06:26.Marin Cilic, which he leads by one set. Murray has been to the finals

:06:26. > :06:32.-- semi-finals three years in a row. Tim Henman has been getting

:06:32. > :06:42.involved in a project where thousands of kids get to try out

:06:42. > :06:43.

:06:43. > :06:47.tennis every year. Not bad. These kids are from the

:06:47. > :06:53.Wimbledon junior tennis initiative, set up in 2001 to find the next big

:06:53. > :06:57.tennis star. So far, it has given over 125,000 kids from the local

:06:57. > :07:01.area a chance to experience the sport. Every year, they come here

:07:01. > :07:04.to Wimbledon to entertain the crowds. After each visit to a

:07:04. > :07:10.school, some of the most promising kids are offered training at

:07:10. > :07:13.Wimbledon every weekend until they are 16. How has the Wimbledon

:07:13. > :07:18.junior tennis initiative helped you? It has helped me make new

:07:18. > :07:23.friends. I had never played tennis before. What does it feel like to

:07:23. > :07:27.be at Wimbledon, playing with these people? It is an amazing experience.

:07:27. > :07:32.Someone who is a supporter of the training is former British tennis

:07:32. > :07:36.player and Wimbledon semi-finalist Tim Henman. In schools, Dennis is

:07:36. > :07:40.not played as much as we would like. It is played if your PE teacher

:07:40. > :07:45.likes up tennis. We have to make sure there is a connection between

:07:45. > :07:51.the schools and clubs in local areas so that if kids like the game,

:07:51. > :07:54.they can play. Until now, 2500 children have received scholarships

:07:54. > :08:04.for free tennis sessions at the All-England Club. I am going to see

:08:04. > :08:10.

:08:10. > :08:14.Thank you! It does not look like I will be gracing centre got any time

:08:14. > :08:18.soon, but who knows? One day, some of these kids could be playing

:08:18. > :08:22.there. If you guys were watching Newsround

:08:23. > :08:27.over the weekend, you will know that the big news was the fact that

:08:27. > :08:33.Rufus the Hawke went missing. He is here with Imogen now. What a

:08:33. > :08:38.traumatic weekend for you! really was. We were all completely

:08:38. > :08:42.shocked and upset. We are so glad it had a happy ending and we have

:08:42. > :08:48.him back. We were overwhelmed by the lovely things people said.

:08:48. > :08:53.he OK? Has he been working? today. He will be back tomorrow. He
