:00:51. > :00:53.Alesha Dixon has made her mark, first in music, then as a judge
:00:54. > :01:00.Now you'll probably know her from Britain's Got talent
:01:01. > :01:06.And this is Sol Campbell, the former Tottenham,
:01:07. > :01:11.They're both from black backgrounds, both very well-known,
:01:12. > :01:16.and both say they worked hard to get where they are today.
:01:17. > :01:19.In our Newsround survey, two of the more popular job choices
:01:20. > :01:27.Black boys wanted to be footballers more than any other ethnic group.
:01:28. > :01:30.Sol Campbell says that there are loads of successful black
:01:31. > :01:34.footballers and in football your background doesn't come into it.
:01:35. > :01:37.If you're a black footballer growing up and you're aspiring to play
:01:38. > :01:42.for the first team of your club, the beautiful thing about sport is
:01:43. > :01:50.Alesha Dixon started her career in the music industry before becoming
:01:51. > :01:56.But being well known can have a down side,
:01:57. > :01:59.and Alesha feels she was treated unfairly by some people in the media
:02:00. > :02:05.I think being a woman of colour made me a very easy target
:02:06. > :02:10.But I knew that by staying true to who I am, knowing
:02:11. > :02:13.that I can do the job, keeping my head up, being a positive person,
:02:14. > :02:20.Alesha and Sol say things need to change.
:02:21. > :02:24.I want people to be sitting at home, watching television
:02:25. > :02:29.I think it is very important to look at the United Kingdom
:02:30. > :02:32.as multicultural and make sure that across all forms of media that we
:02:33. > :02:37.You want to feel like you're part of this country and sometimes
:02:38. > :02:45.I think the more we talk about it in a positive way and honest way,
:02:46. > :02:49.I think people will start to slowly see and believe that it will change
:02:50. > :02:59.And having heard about the results from the survey,
:03:00. > :03:02.Alesha and Sol say they want children from all backgrounds to
:03:03. > :03:05.feel confident they have role models to look up to and the opportunities
