:00:00. > :00:09.Thousands of flies take over this bridge...

:00:10. > :00:13.And the boy who's travelling to every London Underground station.

:00:14. > :00:28.He's one of the most famous faces of Team GB.

:00:29. > :00:32.With the Rio Games just three days away, Tom Daley has

:00:33. > :00:34.just landed in Brazil - a moment he's been working

:00:35. > :00:45.Hi, I'm Tom Daley and over the last eight years I've been working

:00:46. > :00:47.as hard as I possibly can to make my third Olympic

:00:48. > :00:52.I started back in 2008 in Beijing, when I qualified when I was 13

:00:53. > :00:55.years old and managed to compete when I was 14.

:00:56. > :00:57.Then in 2009, I won the World Championships,

:00:58. > :01:01.and ever since I got a taste of being on top of the world I've

:01:02. > :01:04.always wanted to win an Olympic gold medal.

:01:05. > :01:06.Then, in London 2012, it was the home Olympics

:01:07. > :01:08.and it was the most exciting thing ever.

:01:09. > :01:10.There was 18,000 people coming to support me.

:01:11. > :01:12.My friends, my family, millions watching at home,

:01:13. > :01:16.so there was a lot of pressure, and to come away with an Olympic

:01:17. > :01:18.bronze medal is something I've always, always dreamed of.

:01:19. > :01:22.To win an Olympic medal and go to the Olympics in front of a home

:01:23. > :01:24.crowd is something that's so hard to put into words.

:01:25. > :01:28.Then after that, 2013 was one of my toughest years of diving.

:01:29. > :01:32.I was injured with a bad tricep, my back two and a half somersaults

:01:33. > :01:35.with two and a half twists, which was one of the dives I had

:01:36. > :01:39.to redo in the Olympic final, started to go really downhill

:01:40. > :01:43.and I was so terrified every single time that I went to the diving pool.

:01:44. > :01:47.But I managed to get through it, and I took a bit of time out.

:01:48. > :01:50.I took six weeks to travel the world and do what I wanted to do

:01:51. > :01:55.Then I came back to diving and wanted a little bit of a change

:01:56. > :01:58.so I moved to London and I had a new coach, Jane Figueiredo,

:01:59. > :02:00.and ever since then I haven't really looked back.

:02:01. > :02:03.I've been working as hard as I possibly can -

:02:04. > :02:04.in the weight room, with my nutrition,

:02:05. > :02:10.And then I also had to learn a new dive, which is a forward three

:02:11. > :02:12.and a half somersaults with one twist.

:02:13. > :02:16.It was a bit of a risk, actually, to learn a new dive so close

:02:17. > :02:19.to the Olympic Games but I've been working on consistency.

:02:20. > :02:22.Now, going into Rio 2016, I feel like I'm in my peak

:02:23. > :02:27.Hopefully, going into this competition, I just want to go out

:02:28. > :02:32.I know it's something that seems surreal to say,

:02:33. > :02:35.but I have to believe that I can win that Olympic gold medal,

:02:36. > :02:39.and I'm going to fight to the very end with the Chinese divers.

:02:40. > :02:51.And if you didn't already know, there are two Olympic sports making

:02:52. > :02:54.a comeback at the games in Rio - golf is one and the other

:02:55. > :02:59.Team GB are fielding both a men's and women's team.

:03:00. > :03:01.Many of the players say they're drawing inspiration from the other

:03:02. > :03:12.Obviously it's the first time many of us have ever been

:03:13. > :03:14.Obviously it's the first time any of us have ever been

:03:15. > :03:17.in an Olympic Games, and we are just trying to soak it up

:03:18. > :03:20.as much as possible but return a little bit of focus

:03:21. > :03:22.on what it is we've got to do as well.

:03:23. > :03:26.We are already here in the holding camp, and we are around some

:03:27. > :03:28.of the swimmers and athletes arrived the other day so household names

:03:29. > :03:31.are already all around us, which is hugely inspiring.

:03:32. > :03:33.Now to the 13-year-old travelling to every London Underground

:03:34. > :03:36.Jenny has been looking into this incredible challenge.

:03:37. > :03:39.It's just after 10am and Ally is on a very special journey

:03:40. > :03:43.They're trying to travel through every tube station

:03:44. > :03:48.on the London Underground network - all 270 of them!

:03:49. > :03:50.We have just been through the 67th station.

:03:51. > :03:56.The day started in Chesham, way out in zone nine,

:03:57. > :03:59.where they only had the tube driver for company!

:04:00. > :04:07.Over ?7,000 so we have gone up a thousand in a day. Wow.

:04:08. > :04:10.They're raising money for a cancer research charity after Ally's older

:04:11. > :04:21.He unfortunately passed away after all the treatment in March

:04:22. > :04:25.this year, so I decided to make sure no one else has to go through that,

:04:26. > :04:32.Difficult but it's quite a positive thing.

:04:33. > :04:35.We've had so much support from so many people,

:04:36. > :04:37.all through London, people we've never met,

:04:38. > :04:40.people who just picked up on the story, Transport for London,

:04:41. > :04:45.It's all really feel-good in that respect.

:04:46. > :04:48.So yes, it is hard, we wish we weren't having to do this,

:04:49. > :04:51.but it has also been a really positive experience as well.

:04:52. > :04:55.It was a lot of hard work but Ally made it to his final stop

:04:56. > :05:02.Now over at Newsround online, we're asking for your reviews

:05:03. > :05:09.The new script was released at the weekend and Poppy's already

:05:10. > :05:26.I read Harry Potter The Cursed Child and couldn't put it down. The plot

:05:27. > :05:30.was full of action and adventure. I liked the book because it was

:05:31. > :05:34.written in the form of a script which makes it an easy yet

:05:35. > :05:35.interesting read. I would rate it five stars.

:05:36. > :05:37.These incredible pictures show hundreds of thousands of mayflies

:05:38. > :05:39.taking over a bridge in South Eastern Poland.

:05:40. > :05:42.They're not harmful to humans and scientists think it's proof

:05:43. > :05:44.that the environment is clean because mayflies
