:00:00. > :00:09.Good morning, everyone. Ricky here with Thursday's Newsround, and it's
:00:10. > :00:17.a cracker. Coming up: Jose Mourinho had this to say about last night's
:00:18. > :00:25.Chelsea performance. It was a joke. And I only had to
:00:26. > :00:36.find out about the Royal Navy's rolled in World War I. -- I am here.
:00:37. > :00:39.Yesterday we told you about the high levels of air pollution across the
:00:40. > :00:42.UK. Well, today the government has issued another alert warning of more
:00:43. > :00:45.high levels of pollution. London and parts of Eastern England have
:00:46. > :00:48.already reached a high level of air pollution, but the problem is
:00:49. > :00:57.expected to clear over the next couple of days.
:00:58. > :01:00.Today sees two brand new major exhibits open at the Royal Navy's
:01:01. > :01:04.National Museum in Portsmouth. They include the huge gun that fired the
:01:05. > :01:08.first British shot of World War One on fifth August, 1914. In the Great
:01:09. > :01:15.War over 43,000 from the Royal Navy died at sea. Ayshah's at the museum
:01:16. > :01:21.for us this morning. Yes, I am inside Portsmouth's
:01:22. > :01:25.historic dockyard. Behind me, there is a ship that was used in World War
:01:26. > :01:30.I. I have come here to the National Museum of the Royal Navy. This year
:01:31. > :01:35.is 100 years since the start of World War I. They have had some
:01:36. > :01:38.special displays here. So, there are over 500 and some of them have never
:01:39. > :01:47.been seen by the public before. I took a sneaky peak.
:01:48. > :01:54.We have got some fantastic things, large and small. This is the gun
:01:55. > :01:59.which fired the first shot by the British at the start of the First
:02:00. > :02:03.World War. Then, as a contrast we have got some grisly items on the
:02:04. > :02:12.small side. We have got little bits of ships' rivets, which were removed
:02:13. > :02:19.from somebody who was wounded. We have got surgeons' items. People
:02:20. > :02:25.think about the trenches, which were desperate. But the Navy was very
:02:26. > :02:30.big. It had a big role, to control the North Sea. It had to control the
:02:31. > :02:35.sea between Britain and Germany and stop the German ships getting out.
:02:36. > :02:42.As we have just heard, the Navy had a very special role. I will be back
:02:43. > :02:47.at 8.15, with Matthew, who you saw in that report. We will also be
:02:48. > :03:00.hearing some special stories about 14 Yarwood who was a sailor at the
:03:01. > :03:03.time. -- a 14-year-old. Yesterday some of you told us that
:03:04. > :03:06.you think politicians should be better role models. It comes after
:03:07. > :03:09.the Prime Minister David Cameron and the Leader of the Opposition Ed
:03:10. > :03:12.Miliband traded insults in Parliament during Prime Minister's
:03:13. > :03:14.Questions. First, Ed Miliband called Mr Cameron a dunce, which means
:03:15. > :03:17.stupid. Then the Prime Minister called the leader of the Labour
:03:18. > :03:20.Party a muppet. While some of you said this kind of
:03:21. > :03:25.behaviour was not acceptable, it isn't first time politicians have
:03:26. > :03:29.called each other names. Every week, the Prime Minister comes
:03:30. > :03:34.here to Parliament to answer questions from politicians. Often it
:03:35. > :03:37.can be very rowdy and noisy. Today was no exception. Some people say
:03:38. > :03:42.politicians should grow up and stop behaving like they are still in the
:03:43. > :03:46.playground. Others say it is fun and important that our leaders can be
:03:47. > :03:49.insulted. There was a reference to the Muppets today in the House of
:03:50. > :03:54.Commons will stop that has happened today. In the 1970s, the then Prime
:03:55. > :03:59.Minister was compared to Kermit the frog. One of his ministers was
:04:00. > :04:03.compared to Fozzie the bear. We want to know what you think of
:04:04. > :04:06.this. Phil says it's childish and that he's shocked that two grown men
:04:07. > :04:09.are calling each other names. Jessica says that name-calling might
:04:10. > :04:12.be hurtful. Tell us what you think over on the website.
:04:13. > :04:16.Chelsea have their work cut out if they want to remain in the Champions
:04:17. > :04:19.League after losing 3-1 in the first leg of their quarter final against
:04:20. > :04:23.Paris St Germain. The French side went 1-0 up after just four minutes,
:04:24. > :04:26.and this goal in injury time by Havier Pastoray secured their
:04:27. > :04:29.victory. Eden Hazard did score a precious away goal for Chelsea, who
:04:30. > :04:33.now have their work cut out in the return leg next Tuesday. And it's
:04:34. > :04:36.fair to say the Chelsea manager wasn't too happy with the
:04:37. > :04:44.performance. The game was out of control. We could have got a
:04:45. > :04:51.fantastic result for the second half. We did not score. After that,
:04:52. > :04:58.we got an own goal. And then the third goal... It was a joke.
:04:59. > :05:00.That's all from me. Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.
