0:00:57 > 0:01:03The 21-year-old will start work on a new album.

0:01:03 > 0:01:06There was some drama earlier on the show when a fan invaded

0:01:06 > 0:01:08the studio and got on the stage.

0:01:08 > 0:01:11He was swiftly moved on.

0:01:11 > 0:01:14OK, time for some sport now.

0:01:14 > 0:01:16Celtic have won the Scottish Premiership title for a sixth year

0:01:16 > 0:01:18in a row after thrashing Hearts 5-0.

0:01:18 > 0:01:21The team have already won the Scottish League Cup and are now

0:01:21 > 0:01:24aiming for a treble in the Scottish Cup.

0:01:24 > 0:01:27There was relief for Arsene Wenger with his team drawing 2-2

0:01:27 > 0:01:29at home to Manchester City.

0:01:29 > 0:01:31Arsenal had lost four out of their previous five

0:01:31 > 0:01:33Premier League games, but lots of fans are still

0:01:33 > 0:01:35calling for him to resign.

0:01:35 > 0:01:38The Gunners are currently sitting sixth in the table.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40And Swansea didn't do much to help themselves avoid relegation

0:01:40 > 0:01:42from the Premier League with a goalless draw

0:01:42 > 0:01:46against Middlesborough.

0:01:46 > 0:01:49Swansea sit just one point above the bottom three.

0:01:49 > 0:01:52Heading onto the water now, and the famous boat race took place

0:01:52 > 0:01:55yesterday afternoon between Oxford and Cambridge universities.

0:01:55 > 0:01:59The race has been officially happening for 163 years now,

0:01:59 > 0:02:02and this year it was the Oxford men who won.

0:02:02 > 0:02:04It's the fourth time in five years they've done it.

0:02:04 > 0:02:07While in the women's race, Oxford had a terrible start,

0:02:07 > 0:02:09getting an oar stuck right at the beginning, leaving Cambridge

0:02:09 > 0:02:16an easy run to the winners' podium.

0:02:16 > 0:02:18We all know his drawings so well from books by authors

0:02:18 > 0:02:22like Roald Dahl, David Walliams and Michael Rosen.

0:02:22 > 0:02:25And now illustrator Quentin Blake is letting people find out more

0:02:25 > 0:02:27about his best-loved creations in a new exhibition

0:02:27 > 0:02:30in West Yorkshire.

0:02:30 > 0:02:34Tech has moved on since he first started drawing, but most

0:02:34 > 0:02:38of the time he still just uses a pen and paper - and it

0:02:38 > 0:02:39comes pretty naturally.

0:02:39 > 0:02:45I just feel I'm doing it, and it comes like that.

0:02:45 > 0:02:48And then you're also very conscious of, I mean,

0:02:48 > 0:02:50I like scratchy nibs, things where you can feel

0:02:50 > 0:02:55the marks on the paper, so you're getting that as well.

0:02:55 > 0:02:58Now to the kid taking on a mammoth music mission.

0:02:58 > 0:03:01When Matthew's teacher spotted his talent at playing the violin,

0:03:01 > 0:03:03he wondered if he could lead a whole orchestra.

0:03:03 > 0:03:04So how's he getting on?

0:03:04 > 0:03:10Ayshah's been to see.

0:03:10 > 0:03:12Meet Matthew.

0:03:12 > 0:03:14At 11-years-old, he's ready to become one of the world's

0:03:14 > 0:03:17youngest conductors.

0:03:17 > 0:03:20Pretty soon, he's going to be up on stage at the front

0:03:20 > 0:03:22of this Symphony Orchestra, leading them through

0:03:22 > 0:03:26a performance of an operetta called Die Fledermaus.

0:03:26 > 0:03:31Tell me a little bit about why you've decided to do conducting.

0:03:31 > 0:03:34At the start I never really wanted to start conducting,

0:03:34 > 0:03:39because a few years back my music teacher, Derek, told me to learn

0:03:39 > 0:03:42this conducting piece, Die Fledermaus, the one I'm playing

0:03:42 > 0:03:44now, and I learned it in a few days.

0:03:44 > 0:03:47But at the time I wasn't able to conduct this

0:03:47 > 0:03:52orchestra, but now I can.

0:03:52 > 0:03:55This is a really important rehearsal for Matthew.

0:03:55 > 0:03:57It's one of the last chances for the players

0:03:57 > 0:04:01to get everything right before their massive performance.

0:04:01 > 0:04:03There are 75 players in the orchestra, and it's his job

0:04:03 > 0:04:06to lead them, keeping them all in time with each other

0:04:06 > 0:04:12and checking that the audience can hear all the different parts.

0:04:12 > 0:04:15My job with the orchestra is keeping time, making sure they're

0:04:15 > 0:04:17playing the right things.

0:04:17 > 0:04:20I'm just controlling how they play, I can control if they play

0:04:20 > 0:04:25loud or really quiet.

0:04:25 > 0:04:28What is it like to be in control of all of those adults?

0:04:28 > 0:04:33It's very difficult, because, as a kid, usually I don't

0:04:33 > 0:04:36really control them, they control me.

0:04:36 > 0:04:40But when I'm playing the song, I have to tell them what to do,

0:04:40 > 0:04:42and what to do when they start and when they finish.

0:04:42 > 0:04:44He's better than some adult conductors that I've played

0:04:44 > 0:04:47under before, actually!

0:04:47 > 0:04:51You have to put the stick higher so they see it,

0:04:51 > 0:04:55but you have to make sure they can see your stick because if they can't

0:04:55 > 0:04:59and they're not playing, they're just being really lazy.

0:04:59 > 0:05:01Well, it looks like you've got your work cut out, Matthew,

0:05:01 > 0:05:10so I'll leave you to it.

0:05:10 > 0:05:13Next, what do you think this strange image behind me is?

0:05:13 > 0:05:15Let's take a closer look.

0:05:15 > 0:05:17Well, it's actually the winner of the Engineering

0:05:17 > 0:05:21and Physical Sciences Research Council photography competition.

0:05:21 > 0:05:23And this image shows us a close-up of some swirling ink made

0:05:23 > 0:05:25from a material called graphene.

0:05:25 > 0:05:28It was taken by James Macleod and beat more than 100

0:05:28 > 0:05:32entries to the top spot.

0:05:32 > 0:05:35Finally to a problem you'll never have thought about -

0:05:35 > 0:05:37how to move a really tall chimney?

0:05:37 > 0:05:40Well, really slowly is the answer.

0:05:40 > 0:05:43This old factory chimney in the Netherlands is 44 metres high

0:05:43 > 0:05:46and weighs 450 tonnes.

0:05:46 > 0:05:51It took a truck around four hours to move it to a new site.

0:05:51 > 0:05:54Don't forget you can head online for loads more,

0:05:54 > 0:05:59Jenny will be here at 4.20pm.
