:00:00. > :00:11.I'm Martin with your Newsround update coming up. I get a taste of

:00:12. > :00:14.the Tour de France route in Yorkshire. Biting in burgers gets

:00:15. > :00:22.messy at this competition in America.

:00:23. > :00:27.First: To Wimbledon, where it has been an exciting afternoon of tennis

:00:28. > :00:31.in the first of the men's semi-finals. The match between Novak

:00:32. > :00:34.Djokovic and Grigor Dimitrov has finished. Jenny is live in Wimbledon

:00:35. > :00:39.with the latest. Welcome back to Wimbledon. What a

:00:40. > :00:44.day I have had! I have been up on Murray Mound with thousands of

:00:45. > :00:48.tennis fans enjoying the first of the semi-final matches between Novak

:00:49. > :00:53.Djokovic and Grigor Dimitrov. In the last few minutes, Djokovic has won

:00:54. > :00:58.three sets to one. I am joined by Katherine Downes. Were you expecting

:00:59. > :01:02.the result? I think it was the result that everyone was expecting.

:01:03. > :01:07.Grigor Dimitrov is a rising star, he is young and will go on to win the

:01:08. > :01:13.Grand Slams. But Novak Djokovic has been there and done that, it was the

:01:14. > :01:18.experience that told out. At one point it looked like it was

:01:19. > :01:24.close? It was close. Sadly no fifth set. But four sets. It looked like

:01:25. > :01:29.Novak Djokovic was going to win it easily, then Grigor Dimitrov woke up

:01:30. > :01:33.in the second set, the last two sets to tie-break but the more

:01:34. > :01:37.experienced player that won. He goes through to the final.

:01:38. > :01:42.Thank you very much. Make sure you tune in to find out who is through

:01:43. > :01:49.to the final and to find out who the champions of Wimbledon 2014 will be.

:01:50. > :01:53.All this week we have been looking at "Aspirations", a survey for

:01:54. > :01:57.Newsround asked more than 1,500 children about their hopes and

:01:58. > :02:01.dreams for the future. It suggested that one in five black children felt

:02:02. > :02:06.skin colour could stop them from getting top jobs and suggested that

:02:07. > :02:11.black and Asian children were least likely to say that teachers would

:02:12. > :02:17.describe them as clever or ambitious. Ayshah went to meet

:02:18. > :02:26.Alesha Dixon and Sol Campbell and Maggie Aderin-Pocock.

:02:27. > :02:30.Also award-winning film director, Steve McQueen.

:02:31. > :02:37.The Tour de France starts tomorrow from a bit of an unusual location.

:02:38. > :02:43.For the first time ever, the first two stages are in Yorkshire. With

:02:44. > :02:47.some of the best cyclists on our doorstep, I hit the road to see what

:02:48. > :02:51.they are up against. The Tour de France is one of the toughest

:02:52. > :02:56.sporting events anywhere in the world. But how tough? Since it is

:02:57. > :03:01.coming to Yorkshire, there is only one way to find out. Using a hand

:03:02. > :03:09.bike, I am taking on part of stage one of the race from Ilkley to

:03:10. > :03:14.scripton. That is a warm-up for the race, the cyclists will be

:03:15. > :03:22.travelling 118 miles from Leeds to Harrogate. By the end of the month

:03:23. > :03:27.there are 2, 276 miles of the tour. I will be with some friends.

:03:28. > :03:31.We are doing a small ride compared to what the lads are doing on the

:03:32. > :03:35.day. It is tough going. But compared to

:03:36. > :03:41.the rest of the tour, this is flat. The climb on the parts that I am

:03:42. > :03:46.cycling is 226 metres. But in France, the riders are facing claims

:03:47. > :03:51.of over 2,000 metres. I am really, really tired. I have

:03:52. > :03:57.done about three miles. I have been up two hills at the most. That puts

:03:58. > :04:06.into context just how difficult this sport is, how fit these athletes

:04:07. > :04:12.have to be. So, what do you think it will do for somewhere like this? It

:04:13. > :04:17.will be fabulous. Hopefully people will come back here to cycle. There

:04:18. > :04:20.is a lot of buzz in the air, expectation and excitement. It will

:04:21. > :04:25.be amazing. It is exciting for Yorkshire but I

:04:26. > :04:30.will be taking in the excitement in front of the TV. That was tough

:04:31. > :04:36.going. Let's hope that the real cyclists look better than me. Next,

:04:37. > :04:40.who won the American independence Burger-eating Competition in

:04:41. > :04:47.Washington? The winner is mother of four, Molly Shohler. She ate a

:04:48. > :04:52.whopping 26 burgers in ten minutes. Patrick Bertoletti came second with

:04:53. > :04:57.25 burgers. There is more on the Newsround website including the

:04:58. > :04:59.Ronaldo predictions for the World Cup quarter-finals.

:05:00. > :05:01.That is it from me. Goodbye.
