:00:39. > :00:44.In 2012, he won both a gold and silver medal for Team GB and has

:00:45. > :00:48.won two Wimbledon titles since. What a legend.

:00:49. > :00:51.And of course with just a day to go, all the athletes are now settled

:00:52. > :00:54.in their temporary homes for the two weeks of the competition -

:02:48. > :02:51.sports which are looking ahead to the next Olympics - Tokyo 2020.

:02:52. > :02:54.Last night, the International Olympic Committee announced

:02:55. > :02:57.that surfing, baseball, karate, and climbing

:02:58. > :03:00.will all be included as Olympic sports in the 2020 Games.

:03:01. > :03:04.Shauna Coxsey is one of Britain's best climbing stars.

:03:05. > :03:06.We asked her what the announcement means for the sport.

:03:42. > :03:44.say they are missing on family time because of it.

:03:45. > :03:47.And one in four teenagers said that that being online too long had made

:03:48. > :03:59.Experts reckon too much tech is not great for family relationships.

:04:00. > :04:06.Kids and families are not spending enough time talking to each other as

:04:07. > :04:09.a family, whether it is the phones beeping with messages from work or

:04:10. > :04:11.the kids at the table trying to catch Pokemon.

:04:12. > :04:13.So is tech taking over in your house?

:04:17. > :04:17.Are you addicted to instant messaging your mates?

:04:29. > :04:32.This giant futuristic new bus that allows cars to pass underneath it

:04:33. > :04:34.Next to a tower known as the Sussex supersized lollipop.

:04:35. > :04:38.It's officially known as the British Airways i360,

:04:39. > :04:40.and it opens today on Brighton Seafront.

:04:41. > :04:43.It's made by the same people who built the London Eye,

:04:44. > :04:44.and is the tallest structure in the country.

:04:45. > :04:47.This giant futuristic new bus that allows cars to pass underneath it

:04:48. > :04:56.The vehicle is expected to reach speeds of 60 km an hour and take 300
