:00:28. > :00:30.Heavy rain has been causing chaos in one part

:00:31. > :00:33.of the country with thousands forced to leave their homes and lots

:00:34. > :00:42.These are the floods that have so far affected 1.8 million people.

:00:43. > :00:44.In Chennai, one of the biggest cities in India,

:00:45. > :00:46.schools and colleges have been shut, hospitals evacuated

:00:47. > :00:57.Boats have taken to the streets as the army, police and local

:00:58. > :01:02.people try to rescue others from their water-filled homes.

:01:03. > :01:05.Some have taken to social media to try and help, offering places to

:01:06. > :01:07.stay, food and mobile phone re-charges to people in need.India

:01:08. > :01:21.suffers severe flooding during the annual monsoon rainy

:01:22. > :01:24.season, but this year has been the heaviest in over a century. It

:01:25. > :01:26.has led to food, medicines and other supplies having

:01:27. > :01:30.to be dropped from planes and helicopters to the affected areas.

:01:31. > :01:32.Weather forecasters say the heavy rains are expected to

:01:33. > :01:35.continue for the next three days, across a region of India which is

:01:36. > :01:45.Europe's tallest volcano, Mount Etna.

:01:46. > :01:46.has been erupting in spectacular style.

:01:47. > :01:49.It's been spewing out fire and ash clouds several miles

:01:50. > :01:57.t's the first time Etna has erupted in two years and

:01:58. > :02:00.the ash has fallen on nearby towns and cities, covering everything

:02:01. > :02:06.And there's some good news for some of England's most endangered

:02:07. > :02:18.Animal charities have been given a multi-million pound pot of money to

:02:19. > :02:21.help save some threatened species, including the Duke of Burgundy

:02:22. > :02:27.It will also help another 118 that are at risk.

:02:28. > :02:31.Next, if you're in the middle of eating your breakfast you might want

:02:32. > :02:34.to put down your spoon for a minute - because we're talking about poo.

:02:35. > :02:36.Yep you might not spend a lot of time wondering

:02:37. > :02:39.about what happens when it's flushed down the loo but in one country

:02:40. > :02:42.in Africa they're actually recycling it to use as fuel.

:02:43. > :02:45.Day after day raw sewage in Ghana's capital, Accra,

:02:46. > :02:48.The city doesn't have a proper sewage system

:02:49. > :02:51.and it means human waste like this, is often dumped into the ocean.But

:02:52. > :02:54.just down the road from here, a waste company has started to put

:02:55. > :03:14.The stench is terrible, it is so bad you can hardly breathe.

:03:15. > :03:16.They take the raw sewage and separate the water

:03:17. > :03:20.from the solids - they clean the water and dry the solids.

:03:21. > :03:43.This is dried faeces. Often they are dried, we put it in a barrel. Then

:03:44. > :03:50.we burn it. We are burning it to turn it into charcoal. This is what

:03:51. > :03:54.you have, the Chartwell. We grind its two powder. It is a binding

:03:55. > :04:00.agent that is used and put its two powder. It is a binding

:04:01. > :04:07.press, it becomes Chartwell for domestic cooking. What do people

:04:08. > :04:12.think? I don't like the fact it is made from sewage, that is not good

:04:13. > :04:21.but it's worked so well and burns faster than ordinary charcoal. Even

:04:22. > :04:24.comes in the toilet, I don't have a problem. They will be able to

:04:25. > :04:36.recycle all of the human waste. Now, if you're

:04:37. > :04:38.a Star Wars fan you'll now there's just a few weeks until the - The

:04:39. > :04:41.Force Awakens, hits cinema screens. It's bringing back some

:04:42. > :04:43.of the favourite characters from the previous films, but also stars

:05:15. > :05:21.I was nervous anyway, terrified. It is daunting but I want people to

:05:22. > :05:27.think I did a good job and I want people to love it. It is layered.
