:00:45. > :00:48.After spending 340 days in space, Scott is getting used to being back

:00:49. > :00:51.The astronaut was talking to reporters in America

:00:52. > :00:55.about what life's been like since he returned.

:01:06. > :01:08.On Tuesday he touched down on this planet and since then Scott Kelly

:01:09. > :01:16.Yesterday he spoke to journalists in Houston in the US.

:01:17. > :01:20.He told them how his body has reacted to being back on Earth.

:01:21. > :01:23.My level of muscle soreness and fatigue is a lot higher

:01:24. > :01:35.Because it had not touched anything for so long,

:01:36. > :01:41.It is very, very sensitive, it is almost like a burning feeling,

:01:42. > :01:49.It was in February last year when he set off on his mammoth

:01:50. > :01:56.At 340 days, the longest single space flight by a US astronaut.

:01:57. > :01:59.His extended stay on board the International Space Station

:02:00. > :02:05.could help Nasa plan for a possible journey to Mars.

:02:06. > :02:09.He got a phone call from the US president Barack Obama.

:02:30. > :02:40.Although that quickly disappeared because he was back on Earth.

:02:41. > :02:43.Next, 50 hours after kick-off, an epic game of five-a-side football

:02:44. > :02:46.is still taking place outside the studio here

:02:47. > :02:52.It's all in aid of Sport Relief, with ex-professional footballers

:02:53. > :02:54.Alan Shearer and Robbie Savage captaining two teams who've been

:02:55. > :02:56.battling it out in all weathers since Thursday.

:02:57. > :03:03.I popped out a few minutes to see what's going on!

:04:28. > :04:37.I'm Victoria Pendleton and I'm here in the London velodrome. It was the

:04:38. > :04:41.home of the 2012 Olympics and all the second event on the track. We

:04:42. > :04:45.are on the track centre and at the World Championship competitions. The

:04:46. > :04:48.centre is divided up into little pens for each country and this is

:04:49. > :04:54.where the athletes warm up and prepare for the competitions ahead.

:04:55. > :04:58.There are a lot of things to look at such as rollers which are used to

:04:59. > :05:07.warm up and the bikes go on them and the guys balance on them just to get

:05:08. > :05:10.their legs moving. There are mechanics preparing the bikes for

:05:11. > :05:15.competition and to fix them if necessary after any crashes.

:05:16. > :05:19.Athletes will be getting physio here and will be warming up and preparing

:05:20. > :05:22.and will be talking to their team-mates and just getting ready

:05:23. > :05:28.for the race ahead. This is a very exciting place to be but it is a

:05:29. > :05:31.very tense place to be because it is all about the competition today. As

:05:32. > :05:39.you can see the competition is going on around me the whole time. This is

:05:40. > :05:43.where I started off now I am up there in the commentary box

:05:44. > :05:45.commentating on the cycling events which is a lot of fun so welcome to
