:00:13. > :00:14.Hello, I'm Jenny and welcome to Newsround.

:00:15. > :00:17.First today, there are still lots of police officers out protecting

:00:18. > :00:18.the streets of London, as the capital city tries

:00:19. > :00:25.It's after an attack on Saturday night, when a van drove

:00:26. > :00:28.into people on London Bridge, in the South East of the city.

:00:29. > :00:32.Seven people died and many more were injured.

:00:33. > :00:39.Police know who the attackers are, and some arrests have been

:00:40. > :00:43.Tomorrow there will be a minute's silence right across the UK,

:00:44. > :00:45.at 11am, to remember those who lost their lives.

:00:46. > :00:48.And don't forget if you are upset by this story, or anything

:00:49. > :00:51.you see in the news, you can go to Newsround

:00:52. > :00:52.online, where there's loads of advice and help.

:00:53. > :00:55.Last night some of the biggest pop stars on the planet came

:00:56. > :00:58.together in Manchester to honour the victims of the Manchester Arena

:00:59. > :01:27.eyes there really in Manchester. It will be spoken about for all the

:01:28. > :01:31.right reasons. 50,000 people, including many who were at Ariana

:01:32. > :01:35.Grande's first concert was there to remember. My dad said he wanted me

:01:36. > :01:38.to have a good memory of the concert. I wanted to come here so I

:01:39. > :01:41.could remember it as a happy thing. Truly special, we were there two

:01:42. > :01:45.weeks ago. We were really lucky, we missed it by two minutes. Really

:01:46. > :01:51.important to come here, show our support to those who lost their

:01:52. > :01:53.lives. Looking forward to been the best night of my life. Going to be a

:01:54. > :02:14.real good day. The person with the biggest cheer

:02:15. > :02:18.was Ariana Grande who organised a charity concert for the victims of

:02:19. > :02:20.the magistrates act. She appeared on stage with a number of different

:02:21. > :02:34.artists, including a local school choir. There was an emotional but

:02:35. > :02:40.powerful experience. The spectacle called the One Love concert will go

:02:41. > :02:45.down in history when the planet's bigger stars and the people of

:02:46. > :02:47.Manchester came together to show despite what happened there two

:02:48. > :02:53.weeks ago, love conquers all. Next up, the general election

:02:54. > :02:55.is just three days away. Millions of adults across the UK

:02:56. > :02:57.will vote to decide Although you can't vote, you've

:02:58. > :03:18.still got plenty of things to say... If I were Prime Minister I would try

:03:19. > :03:22.to sort out the gender pay gap. It is unfair how women get treated the

:03:23. > :03:28.to men. I would have free university education in all the Britain like we

:03:29. > :03:32.have in Scotland. If I were Prime Minister I would make school lessons

:03:33. > :03:38.more fun, because if children thought school were boring they may

:03:39. > :03:41.not want to come to school. If I were Prime Minister I would provide

:03:42. > :03:47.free swimming lessons for children. I think it is a crucial lesson to

:03:48. > :03:52.learn to swim. If I were Prime Minister I would introduce an online

:03:53. > :03:59.voting system for children to choose what they can have for school

:04:00. > :04:03.lunches. If I were Prime Minister I would make all prison sentences

:04:04. > :04:06.longer. If somebody robbed a bank it would be 20 years in jail instead of

:04:07. > :04:11.five. If I were Prime Minister I would build a sports centre for

:04:12. > :04:14.football, basketball and handball. If I were Prime Minister I would try

:04:15. > :04:23.to help children less fortunate than us. Give them an education. If I

:04:24. > :04:28.were Prime Minister I would make sure all subjects including art,

:04:29. > :04:33.drama and music are done as many times as English, maths and science.

:04:34. > :04:37.If I were Prime Minister I would change and help police forces by

:04:38. > :04:41.giving them more power to be allowed to stop and search groups and gangs

:04:42. > :04:47.of people. That they are suspicious about.

:04:48. > :04:49.That's all from the team today but, as always,

:04:50. > :04:52.there's loads more online and Ayshah will be back in the morning

:04:53. > :05:05.My favourite TV show is The Dumping Ground,

:05:06. > :05:09.because all of them are always up to mischief.
