:00:00. > :00:00.Afternoon, guys - Martin here with the kids preparing to perform
:00:00. > :00:11.alongside sport's biggest stars on the way, and we are flying high with
:00:12. > :00:18.the guy they call Jetman. Stay tuned.
:00:19. > :00:22.But first to the question of how secure your personal gadgets and
:00:23. > :00:26.computers really are. Experts have told Newsround that many of us are
:00:27. > :00:30.using passwords that are far too easy for other people to guess.
:00:31. > :00:32.Millions of passwords used to access software company Adobe's editing
:00:33. > :00:34.programmes were stolen by hackers last month, and they have now
:00:35. > :00:37.surfaced on last month, and they have now
:00:38. > :00:45.see. Here is Ricky last month, and they have now
:00:46. > :00:50.mobile phones and tablets. They ve all got one thing in common.
:00:51. > :00:53.Passwords. They're meant to stop other people from logging into your
:00:54. > :00:57.accounts. But a recent security flaw leaked 150 million passwords, and it
:00:58. > :01:03.revealed just how lazy some of us are when it comes to our security
:01:04. > :01:06.online. The Adobe leak showed that almost two million people used
:01:07. > :01:11."123456" to gain access to their account. The second most popular was
:01:12. > :01:16.123456789 and the third, simply "password." Other popular codes
:01:17. > :01:35.include "iloveyou", "1234" and "abc123". Now, there is a serious
:01:36. > :01:39.side to this story. Hackers know that unfortunately, people have bad
:01:40. > :01:42.habits when it comes to pass words. So they take advantage of the common
:01:43. > :01:49.use of phrases like password, password one, and they will try that
:01:50. > :01:55.common set of words across lots of sites and services. So what you can
:01:56. > :02:00.you do to stop the attackers from breaking into your account? I would
:02:01. > :02:06.mix it with numbers and lower and upper case letters. I go with the
:02:07. > :02:09.first thing I see. Instead of dictionary words, "password" or a
:02:10. > :02:23.pet's name, try taking a line from your favourite song. For example,
:02:24. > :02:26.you're going to hear me roar 20 3. According to a password testing
:02:27. > :02:30.website, 123456 would take a hacker less than a second to crack. But if
:02:31. > :02:33.your password is longer - with a mix of letters and numbers like
:02:34. > :02:35.ilovenewsround123 - it would take a hacker two billion years to figure
:02:36. > :02:47.Well, sticking with all things hacker two billion years to figure
:02:48. > :02:51.on the planet. The Biebster's lost his Twitter crown to Katy Perry
:02:52. > :02:54.who's now got more than 46 million fans on the social networking site.
:02:55. > :02:57.Lady Gaga and Barack Obama are the other most followed stars.
:02:58. > :03:01.Next, the biggest names in men's tennis are fighting it out at the
:03:02. > :03:05.World ATP finals in London all this week. Rafa Nadal's on court right
:03:06. > :03:08.now, but it takes more than just the players to make a tennis match work.
:03:09. > :03:16.Ayshah went to see the tournament's hidden heroes prepare.
:03:17. > :03:19.Fast speed, quick hands - just some of the skills that might come in
:03:20. > :03:23.handy if you fancy being a ball boy or ball girl. Here at the base
:03:24. > :03:27.camp, 30 kids have been whittled down from over 2000. Soon, there
:03:28. > :03:31.will be collecting balls for the likes of Doctor Finch, Nadal and
:03:32. > :03:43.help grow. But at the moment, they are learning about teamwork, agility
:03:44. > :03:47.and hand-eye coordination. We are teaching them also is of aspects of
:03:48. > :03:53.the court. Some are working on the warm-up and what the players do
:03:54. > :03:59.where the ball players have to stand. They have got to stand pretty
:04:00. > :04:09.still. They have to try not to have any checks macro -- and itch! That
:04:10. > :04:13.will put the players off. A lot of pressure on these guys, so how are
:04:14. > :04:19.they feeling? I am more nervous about when I get onto court, because
:04:20. > :04:24.if I mess up, there are millions of viewers watching on TV. It will be
:04:25. > :04:29.great to be on court with the players at the same time and see the
:04:30. > :04:33.different strokes they do. I got hit what is yesterday. It did hurt, but
:04:34. > :04:39.they are serving at speeds of 1 0 miles an hour. So next time you are
:04:40. > :04:44.watching tennis with top players, spare a thought for the boy --
:04:45. > :04:46.watching tennis with top players, will be feeling the pressure.
:04:47. > :04:49.Finally to the daredevil simply known as Jetman! This is former
:04:50. > :04:53.pilot Eves Rossy getting a bird s eye view of Mount Fuji in Japan
:04:54. > :04:56.Using his special jetpack, he flew at more than 100 miles an hour
:04:57. > :04:59.before gliding safely back down to Earth.
:05:00. > :05:01.That's it for now. Join us back here at 6.50.
