0:03:41 > 0:03:43These three newly born penguins made their debut

0:03:43 > 0:03:46at the The Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival

0:03:48 > 0:03:50The penguin chicks are all covered with wispy tufts of hair

0:03:50 > 0:03:53and the oldest of the bunch was less than 60 days old.

0:03:53 > 0:03:55But being young didn't stop them wanting to explore.

0:03:55 > 0:03:58Getting out boosts their cold resistance and also lets

0:03:58 > 0:04:07visiting tourists meet them.
