:00:10. > :00:22.Plus how to impress your mates with some French footie lingo!
:00:23. > :00:28.With just three days to go until the beginning
:00:29. > :00:32.When Bonfire Night and Chinese New Year come around, fireworks are
:00:33. > :00:35.always an important part of the event, but what should the rules be
:00:36. > :00:39.about letting off fireworks all year round? A group of MPs have been
:00:40. > :00:45.talking about just that. Fireworks are used in all sorts of
:00:46. > :00:48.events. From New Year's Eve to devalley, but when the celebrations
:00:49. > :00:55.are over, the fireworks don't always end too. Now a petition to change
:00:56. > :00:59.firework laws has caught the attention of MPs. A petition is a
:01:00. > :01:05.list that people add their name to if they agree with an idea. It is a
:01:06. > :01:09.way to make people in power listen. The rules on fireworks mean there is
:01:10. > :01:13.a ban on what time they can be set off and when they can be sold.
:01:14. > :01:16.Animal lovers started the petition because they believe these rules
:01:17. > :01:24.aren't doing enough to protect their pets. The firework went off. Just
:01:25. > :01:28.one firework. Barney just shot up the stairs and ran behind the sofa
:01:29. > :01:34.and was shaking and shivering on the floor behind the sofa. He is
:01:35. > :01:39.petrified of fireworks. I have never seen him so scared in all his life.
:01:40. > :01:43.I've been with him since he was a puppy. Because more than 100,000
:01:44. > :01:47.people signed the petition, the Government decided to hold a debate
:01:48. > :01:52.where they talk about the issue in Parliament. But not everyone agrees
:01:53. > :01:56.that a change in the rules is a good idea. We think the restrictions in
:01:57. > :01:59.place are already good enough. We encourage anybody that's going to
:02:00. > :02:03.enjoy fireworks at home to be a good neighbour and let the neighbours
:02:04. > :02:06.know so that they can be prepared and look after any animals. There
:02:07. > :02:11.are no plans to change the laws at the moment. But with this debate, it
:02:12. > :02:13.is hoped that people will be more aware of how fireworks affect our
:02:14. > :02:18.fury friends. With just three days
:02:19. > :02:20.to go until the beginning of the European Championships
:02:21. > :02:27.in France, let's start this morning with a round-up
:02:28. > :02:29.of Home Nations team news. Roy Hodgson's squad flew
:02:30. > :02:33.in yesterday and will hold an open training session at their base
:02:34. > :02:36.which is just north of Paris. The Wales squad have also arrived
:02:37. > :02:40.in France and will be training at their base in Brittany ahead
:02:41. > :02:42.of their opening game Northern Ireland have already
:02:43. > :02:46.settled in to their temporary home just outside Lyon
:02:47. > :02:49.where they trained yesterday. The squad will be there
:02:50. > :02:52.until the weekend when they'll head south for their opening game
:02:53. > :02:59.against Poland on Sunday. Sadly Scotland fans won't be able
:03:00. > :03:03.to support their home team at the Euros this year,
:03:04. > :03:12.but if you're Scottish we want to hear who you will be

:05:05. > :05:06.seabirds, the Arctic Tern has been found to be a record breaker,
:05:07. > :05:09.by the BBC Two It's all because of its annual
:05:10. > :05:12.migration, its movement The path it takes is from
:05:13. > :05:15.Antarctica, to the tip of South Africa then
:05:16. > :05:17.across the India Ocean to the UK at a distance
:05:18. > :05:20.of a whopping 60,000 miles. Over its lifetime the
