0:03:20 > 0:03:23From when I first started to feeling anxieties,

0:03:23 > 0:03:26to when I told dad was about a year and a half.

0:03:26 > 0:03:29Things started to develop very quickly, then it got to the point

0:03:29 > 0:03:32where it took an hour to get out of bed every day.

0:03:33 > 0:03:35Eventually it reached the point where I thought

0:03:35 > 0:03:36I had to tell someone.

0:03:39 > 0:03:42To have the bravery and courage to do what you have done
