:00:15. > :00:18.or cute animals on social media can be fun, but what if a picture

:00:19. > :00:24.of you pops up that you don't like and didn't share yourself?

:00:25. > :00:28.Some of the people who post the most pictures of you are parents

:00:29. > :00:30.and you don't always think that's a good thing, as Ricky's

:00:31. > :00:40.She will do it when I'm not looking and then she won't ask

:00:41. > :00:44.My first ever bicycle, I just collapsed into it and my mum

:00:45. > :00:48.Sometimes I wish she wasn't on social media because they might

:00:49. > :00:51.comment embarrassing things on photos that I put on.

:00:52. > :00:54.They will take one of the at by siblings and put it on and it might

:00:55. > :01:01.More in one in three 10 to 12-year-olds told you should

:01:02. > :01:03.they feel embarrassed, anxious or worried when their

:01:04. > :01:08.parents put pictures of them on social media sites.

:01:09. > :01:11.So, do mums and dads need to think more about what they are sharing?

:01:12. > :01:14.My mum took a picture of me when I was sleeping,

:01:15. > :01:15.so I obviously didn't know until morning.

:01:16. > :01:18.She said, look how many comments you have on this photo

:01:19. > :01:22.They just post whatever they can find, they don't really

:01:23. > :01:28.They might post pictures to have a laugh with their mates

:01:29. > :01:31.and think it's funny, but it might not be funny for you.

:01:32. > :01:33.You think about it, but they don't think about it.

:01:34. > :01:36.They can get bullied for it and you don't want that happening

:01:37. > :01:43.More than one in four said they have been unhappy with a picture someone

:01:44. > :01:48.That is mainly because they didn't like the way they look

:01:49. > :01:51.or that person didn't ask for their permission and some say

:01:52. > :01:57.My friend posted this story of me and I didn't like it.

:01:58. > :02:00.I asked him to take it down and he took it down.

:02:01. > :02:03.Maybe the reason you don't have a social media account

:02:04. > :02:06.is because you don't want anyone to see your photo and then people

:02:07. > :02:09.are sharing photos of you and I just think it is not nice

:02:10. > :02:13.When I see nasty comments I feel really scared to use social media

:02:14. > :02:16.because I don't want to be targeted like them.

:02:17. > :02:18.When my friend posted an embarrassing picture of me

:02:19. > :02:21.it made me feel quite frustrated and angry.

:02:22. > :02:24.More than one in three of the kids we asked said seeing a picture

:02:25. > :02:27.of them they didn't like made them feel sad, anxious or nervous.

:02:28. > :02:31.What can you do about feeling that way?

:02:32. > :02:34.You approach the person who has put the picture on the line of them,

:02:35. > :02:37.ask them to take it down and tell them they are worried about it.

:02:38. > :02:40.Speak to a parent or another trusted adult.

:02:41. > :02:43.Sometimes a parent can reassure the child out of the picture might

:02:44. > :02:46.be embarrassing at the moment, in a couple of days the picture

:02:47. > :02:52.But the good news is that mostly mums and dads do get it right.

:02:53. > :02:54.Nearly half of the ten to 12-year-olds said they were OK

:02:55. > :02:58.with what their parents posted and what they saw made them

:02:59. > :03:03.So, what is your message for parents?

:03:04. > :03:05.It can affect the child's life further on and the

:03:06. > :03:13.Your child's friends will see whatever you comment on their photo.

:03:14. > :03:17.Maybe when they post photos they could ask first,

:03:18. > :03:19.because most of the time my mum just posts them.

:03:20. > :03:28.We asked you guys to get in touch with what you think about this

:03:29. > :03:32.Reuben from East Sussex says, my mum points her phone at me

:03:33. > :03:34.all the time and takes sneaky videos and pictures.

:03:35. > :03:40.If I see her, I deliberately do something weird.

:03:41. > :03:43.While Lilly says her mum has Facebook and once posted a photo

:03:44. > :03:47.She actually did not want her to post it

:03:48. > :03:55.Next, I'd like you to meet my friend Eric the robot.

:03:56. > :04:11.Meet Eric. He is no ordinary robot. He is a copy of the first ever robot

:04:17. > :04:23.However, after touring the world, Eric went missing and was never seen

:04:28. > :04:32.copy of him to share his story with the world. No Eric is packing a

:04:33. > :04:36.brand-new aluminium body containing wires and motors and has gone on
