:00:00. > :00:10.Hello, Jenny here, live on CBBC with your Tuesday morning Newsround.

:00:11. > :00:13.Coming up... Who do you want to see on the front cover of your

:00:14. > :00:15.magazines? And... The massive medical breakthrough that could

:00:16. > :00:23.bring hope to people who've been paralysed.

:00:24. > :00:28.But we'll start with Ukraine in Eastern Europe. People there who

:00:29. > :00:31.want closer ties with Russia have taken over government buildings in

:00:32. > :00:35.three big cities in the east of the country. This includes the city of

:00:36. > :00:40.Donetsk, where demonstrators want to break away from Ukraine and are

:00:41. > :00:42.calling for a vote, next month. A few weeks ago, neighbouring country

:00:43. > :00:46.Russia took over Ukraine's southern region of Crimea. Ukraine is a

:00:47. > :00:50.country divided over whether to be closer to Russia or to the European

:00:51. > :00:54.Union, and has been in crisis during recent months. Next to what could be

:00:55. > :00:58.a huge medical breakthrough. Four paralysed men who had been unable to

:00:59. > :01:01.move from the chest down can now move their legs, after a new

:01:02. > :01:04.treatment in America. Special electrical pulses were used to

:01:05. > :01:07.stimulate the men's spinal cords, meaning they were able to move legs,

:01:08. > :01:12.hips, ankles and toes, though they're not yet able to walk on

:01:13. > :01:19.their own. Researchers say it could bring hope to millions of people

:01:20. > :01:23.who've been paralysed. Next, who do you want to see on the front of your

:01:24. > :01:26.favourite magazine? Well, the people behind Britain's longest-running

:01:27. > :01:30.pre-teen mag, Girl Talk, say they're going to start putting new faces on

:01:31. > :01:34.their front cover. The magazine's bosses say they want to show young

:01:35. > :01:43.girls there are plenty of good female role models out there. Take a

:01:44. > :01:47.look at Leah's report... When you flick through your favourite

:01:48. > :01:52.magazines, you are probably used to seeing pop stars, dancers and actors

:01:53. > :01:55.on them, but would a magazine with scientists, politicians or sports

:01:56. > :02:02.stars make you think any differently? The magazine found that

:02:03. > :02:07.the majority of its readers aspire to be an actor, dance or singer.

:02:08. > :02:12.Well, a quarter of its readers said the most important way for them to

:02:13. > :02:18.be described was pretty. So what are magazine bosses doing to change

:02:19. > :02:22.that? There is no problem with wanting to see pop stars or liking

:02:23. > :02:26.them or looking up to them. Our campaign is about making sure that

:02:27. > :02:33.girls see other people to look up to. Who can we expect in the

:02:34. > :02:36.magazine in the future? The cover is something we will work on gently,

:02:37. > :02:41.but we will have Jessica Ennis-Hill on the cover in the future. We've

:02:42. > :02:46.never had a sports person on the cover before. We will also be

:02:47. > :02:50.putting lots more sportswomen inside the magazine, politicians,

:02:51. > :02:55.inventors, science specialists, all sorts of people for our readers to

:02:56. > :02:58.learn about. I would love to have Malala Yousafzai on the cover

:02:59. > :03:03.eventually, once our readers know more about her. There are some

:03:04. > :03:08.people who might say if you do go for a sports star, someone like Jess

:03:09. > :03:13.Ennis, she is really pretty. Do you feel you aren't really pushing the

:03:14. > :03:17.boundaries here or making much of a change? It is really complicated.

:03:18. > :03:23.Pushing the boundaries, I feel with this has to be done quite gently. We

:03:24. > :03:26.can't do a massive, radical change because our think -- think our

:03:27. > :03:33.readers will be put off. We need to ease in the new ideas gently. But it

:03:34. > :03:36.is an important thing for us to do. We are very excited about making

:03:37. > :03:40.some positive changes. And we want to know who you think would make a

:03:41. > :03:44.good role model for the front cover of your favourite magazine? Get

:03:45. > :03:47.online and let us know. Sport now, and Sunderland boss Gus Poyet says

:03:48. > :03:50.only a miracle can save his side from relegation. That's after a

:03:51. > :03:53.painful 5-1 defeat away to Tottenham in the Premier League last night.

:03:54. > :03:56.Even though Sunderland scored first, they crumbled under pressure from

:03:57. > :04:05.Spurs and with the Black Cats bottom of the league, their manager is

:04:06. > :04:09.beginning to lose hope. Seven points from safety, seven games left, what

:04:10. > :04:16.sort of achievement would be from there to stay up? A miracle,

:04:17. > :04:21.probably. Realistically. We didn't win a game in the last six or seven

:04:22. > :04:24.and now we need to win four from seven, you need something very

:04:25. > :04:27.special. And Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is confident his side can

:04:28. > :04:30.make a comeback in their Champions League second leg against Paris

:04:31. > :04:39.St-Germain. They're two goals behind but all it'll take is to score more.

:04:40. > :04:47.In the end of the two legs, I think we want to score more goals than

:04:48. > :04:53.them. In this moment... I think in the end it can be 4-3. Or 5-4. I

:04:54. > :04:56.think we are That's all from me, but I'm back in about half an hour's

:04:57. > :05:02.time. Going to do it. Bye!
