:02:37. > :02:38.reigning Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and European

:02:39. > :02:43.Games champion, and she's even been honoured by the Queen.

:02:44. > :02:45.But what the children at this school don't know

:02:46. > :02:48.is that she is about to turn up to their boxing class

:02:49. > :02:55.And it wasn't long before she had the boxing gloves on.

:02:56. > :02:58.Being Britain's most decorated female boxer isn't easy.

:02:59. > :03:02.Apart from a gruelling training programme, Nicola has to stick

:03:03. > :03:06.It's something she's really passionate about, and she's come

:03:07. > :03:11.So, after a few boxing tips, it was in to the school kitchen

:03:34. > :03:36.involved early so they know how to cook and the different vegetables

:03:37. > :03:38.and what they can do with them and different recipes.

:03:39. > :03:41.Hopefully they keep on doing what they are doing now and continue

:03:42. > :03:44.to eat healthy, and hopefully we can make some athletes out

:03:45. > :03:49.You are sharing a kitchen with an Olympic gold medal

:03:50. > :03:55.I think it is fascinating and it does make

:03:56. > :03:59.you think more about healthiness, and she can inspire a lot

:04:00. > :04:05.I've never cooked for someone special before.
