:00:00. > :00:11.Good Wednesday morning to you. I'm Nel and this is Newsround coming up.

:00:12. > :00:12.A new track for Chris Hoy. And... Chelsea players celebrate a dramatic

:00:13. > :00:22.win with a selfie. This is Newsround. First up, he's

:00:23. > :00:25.only eight months old but Prince George has had his first royal

:00:26. > :00:28.engagement in New Zealand. The prince, along with his parents, met

:00:29. > :00:32.new mothers and fathers in Wellington. George met some other

:00:33. > :00:36.babies the same age as him and even had a little play. The visit is part

:00:37. > :00:39.of his parents three week tour of New Zealand and Australia. Ahead of

:00:40. > :00:43.this summer's World Cup, children from around the world have met in

:00:44. > :00:47.Brazil to join forces and tackle a problem facing disadvantaged kids.

:00:48. > :00:52.Some of them are in care and some are actually living on the streets.

:00:53. > :00:55.But they all played together in the Street Kids' World Cup, to learn

:00:56. > :00:58.more about each other's lives and send a clear message to world

:00:59. > :01:02.leaders that no child should have to live on the streets. Former CBBC and

:01:03. > :01:12.Blue Peter star Andy Akinwolere is in Brazil working with the project,

:01:13. > :01:14.and he sent us this report. It's thought that about 100 million

:01:15. > :01:19.children around the world live on the streets. Most of these children

:01:20. > :01:23.boys ages ten to 14, and they are especially vulnerable to danger.

:01:24. > :01:29.Many governments choose to ignore this problem, so I'm in Brazil at a

:01:30. > :01:35.football tournament to find out more. 230 kids, 19 countries, boys

:01:36. > :01:40.and girls all with one goal. No child should ever have to live on

:01:41. > :01:44.the streets. She is a child just like mine or yours. But a child

:01:45. > :01:48.who's had very different opportunities to the children we

:01:49. > :02:13.know and love. As a result, has been disadvantaged from early on in life.

:02:14. > :02:19.Once my mum, step dad and sister became homeless, I was living with

:02:20. > :02:28.my father. We were moving so many places for a long time. It was

:02:29. > :02:31.really hard to get through all the stress of moving around places and

:02:32. > :02:37.not knowing what to do with yourself. Just trying to get through

:02:38. > :02:40.everything. The United Nations wants governments to come together and

:02:41. > :02:45.address the rights of homeless children across the world, by

:02:46. > :02:49.providing shelters to offer safety, education and health care. But, more

:02:50. > :02:53.importantly, the love and care these children deserve. It feels great to

:02:54. > :02:58.be in Brazil playing football, it's a nice opportunity. We've trained a

:02:59. > :03:02.lot and are finally here. We have a lot in common. We are all in care,

:03:03. > :03:07.we've moved through things in our past. We are strong people to get

:03:08. > :03:11.the rid and have a future ahead of us. Sir Chris Hoy has announced he

:03:12. > :03:14.is swapping two wheels for four. The Olympic gold medallist has retired

:03:15. > :03:17.from cycling but is taking up sports car racing. Next year, he will drive

:03:18. > :03:21.for Nissan in the British GT Championship and his ultimate dream

:03:22. > :03:25.is to compete in the 24 hour Le Mans race in 2016. Next, check out these

:03:26. > :03:28.selfies posted by Chelsea's David Luiz moments after last night's

:03:29. > :03:31.dramatic win on an away goal against Paris St-Germain in the Champions

:03:32. > :03:36.League quarter final. Substitute Andre Schurrla made it 1-0 in the

:03:37. > :03:40.first half, but it was this goal in the 86th minute by Demba Ba that

:03:41. > :03:42.sealed the victory. Sparking an amazing touchline celebration from

:03:43. > :03:54.Blues boss Jose Mourinho, although he says he wasn't enjoying the

:03:55. > :04:01.moment. No, it was not to celebrate. It was to tell the players how we

:04:02. > :04:05.have two play the last ten minutes. Because I know in that moment they

:04:06. > :04:14.want to celebrate. They want to think that the game is over. I have

:04:15. > :04:18.to tell them what we have to do in the last seven or eight minutes. It

:04:19. > :04:23.was not a celebration. But you could see that. And Manchester United

:04:24. > :04:26.manager David Moyes will be hoping his team can follow Chelsea into the

:04:27. > :04:30.semifinals. They face Bayern Munich tonight and go into the match 1-1 on

:04:31. > :04:33.aggregate, and David Moyes will be hoping striker Wayne Rooney will be

:04:34. > :04:37.fit enough to start for the Reds. Very cute animal news now, and we

:04:38. > :04:42.finally have a name for a pair of polar cubs who were born at a zoo in

:04:43. > :04:47.Germany last year! The male cub is called Nobby and his sister is

:04:48. > :04:51.called Nela. All animals born at the German zoo in 2013 have been given

:04:52. > :04:57.names beginning with "N", and so these twins are no exception. That's

:04:58. > :04:59.all from me, Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.
