:03:15. > :03:17.on from his world record, it's been broken by other riders
:03:18. > :03:35.and now stands at 123 days. When it comes to the world, at
:03:36. > :03:42.18,000 mile journey, my greatest concern is going from Paris to
:03:43. > :03:44.Beijing, through places like Russia, Mongolia, China. There is a lot that
:03:45. > :03:45.is out of our control of the team. But Mark doesn't want to just
:03:46. > :03:48.beat the existing record by a couple of days,
:03:49. > :03:51.he wants to do it in 80 days! It's an 18,000-mile journey,
:03:52. > :03:54.which means he'll have to bike more than 200 miles each day
:03:55. > :03:56.to set the record. And as a warm-up, he's going
:03:57. > :03:59.on a seaside trip around Britain, biking around the coastline
:04:00. > :04:12.to test his endurance. I named a journey like this to get
:04:13. > :04:15.myself into shape. So my team note back on what they are doing in
:04:16. > :04:22.preparation for the world. We will try and hold what will be less than
:04:23. > :04:24.an 80 mile a day pace. I am also looking forward to a big adventure
:04:25. > :04:26.on home soil. If it all goes well on his warm-up
:04:27. > :04:29.around Britain, Mark is planning to start his around-the-world record
:04:30. > :04:30.attempt in July. Now, there's just time
:04:31. > :04:33.for a travelling chimney, a monster pillow fight
:04:34. > :04:51.and this skipping dog. Have you ever tried to move a really
:04:52. > :04:56.big chimney? No? Me neither. That is what they had to do with this
:04:57. > :05:02.chimney in the Netherlands. It seems doing it really slowly is the
:05:03. > :05:06.answer. The chimney is 44 metres high and weighs many times. It took
:05:07. > :05:13.a track for hours to carefully move it to a new site. Like skipping? Can
