:03:38. > :03:42.Hi Sarah, thanks for coming in this morning.

:03:43. > :03:49.As we heard, lot of emotions. How do kids cope with how they are feeling

:03:50. > :03:53.during exam time? You are right, there are a lot of emotions during

:03:54. > :03:59.exam time. Children can feel nervous, anxious, and it is really

:04:00. > :04:04.important that young people find a way to cope with these feelings.

:04:05. > :04:08.Looking after yourself is the number-1 priority. Getting lots of

:04:09. > :04:15.sleep, eating well, and regular breaks. And doing things that you

:04:16. > :04:19.enjoy and make you feel relaxed. That can be going for a walk,

:04:20. > :04:29.reading a book, it could be watching TV. Just to break up the stress of

:04:30. > :04:33.the preparation of exams help to calm you down and if your feelings

:04:34. > :04:38.are becoming overwhelming and you are feeling quite anxious, take nice

:04:39. > :04:42.deep breaths, and slow down your breathing. All of those tips can

:04:43. > :04:47.help you cope. I guess it is important to talk to someone. At

:04:48. > :04:53.ChildLine, you must get a lot of calls at this time? We do see a lot

:04:54. > :04:58.of calls from children around exam time. It shows how stressful a time

:04:59. > :05:03.it can be for them. I guess it is really important to look after

:05:04. > :05:08.yourself during that time? Are you surprised by our figure there, 87%

:05:09. > :05:14.of kids? I'm not surprised at all. We get a lot of young people calling

:05:15. > :05:19.at this time of year specifically, relating to anxiety and feelings and

:05:20. > :05:24.worries around exams. How should they be revising? How should they be

:05:25. > :05:30.coping? And how they are feeling about their results, will they be

:05:31. > :05:35.doing as well as they expected? Or not? I guess it is important to

:05:36. > :05:37.breathe, and stay calm. Thank you for talking to us about

:05:38. > :05:40.this important subject. Don't forget there's loads

:05:41. > :05:43.you can do to stop yourself And if you are feeling worried

:05:44. > :05:46.about your tests then Hayley has And if you want to hear how some

:05:47. > :05:51.of CBBC's famous faces have coped with exam nerves, then head online

:05:52. > :05:54.to watch their advice. That's all from me, Newsround's back

:05:55. > :05:58.at 4.20 this afternoon with Ayshah.
