:00:38. > :00:43.This was Hurricane Bertha last week, just to the easr of Florida

:00:44. > :00:46.in the United States, over 4,000 miles away from the British Isles.

:00:47. > :00:49.Since then the hurricane has been drawn into a normal area of low

:00:50. > :00:52.pressure that has been quickly whizzing its way across the Atlantic

:00:53. > :00:56.and the remains of this hurricane, the moist air associated with it, is

:00:57. > :00:58.going to bring in an area of low pressure on Sunday across

:00:59. > :01:06.the British Isles, bringing us some pretty wet and windy weather.

:01:07. > :01:09.This weekend over 7,500 people have made their way to Bolton for the

:01:10. > :01:15.four day sporting extravaganza that is the British Transplant Games.

:01:16. > :01:18.Taking place every year, its aim is to help people who've had

:01:19. > :01:22.life saving transplants get their fitness back by playing sports.

:01:23. > :01:25.Organisers also hope the games will raise awareness

:01:26. > :01:30.I went to the opening day and spoke to 11-year-old Charlie, who had a

:01:31. > :01:34.kidney transplant donated from her grandad, about what it means to her.

:01:35. > :01:37.It is really important that kids like me come to the Transplant

:01:38. > :01:42.Games, because more people find out more about organ transplant.

:01:43. > :01:45.This is the third time I have come to the

:01:46. > :01:51.Transplant Games and competed in the obstacle race and it was so great.

:01:52. > :01:55.Speaking to Charlie, you can tell the games have been not

:01:56. > :01:59.only inspirational, but lots of fun as well.

:02:00. > :02:01.Next, to the story of nine-year-old James from Florida,

:02:02. > :02:04.who's recovering after fighting off an alligator, with his bare hands.

:02:05. > :02:06.James had been riding his bike with his friends,

:02:07. > :02:10.when he decided to go swimming in a dangerous lake near Orlando.

:02:11. > :02:13.He ended up coming face to face with a nine foot long alligator,

:02:14. > :02:18.He's now well on the way to recovery, and has been talking

:02:19. > :02:23.At first I thought someone was playing with me,

:02:24. > :02:31.I reached down to go grab it and I felt its jaw, I felt its teeth.

:02:32. > :02:36.I didn't know what to do, so I immediately reacted

:02:37. > :02:43.Then it was letting go a little, and then finally I had enough strength
