:00:00. > :00:08.Hi there, Martin here. It's nearly lunchtime and I'm live with

:00:09. > :00:16.Newsround. We have a packed show for you. Coming up: The plane that

:00:17. > :00:22.surprised holiday-makers by landing on a beach.

:00:23. > :00:32.And we speak to the man who's just spent 18 months in Brazil filming

:00:33. > :00:35.wild animals. It's Saturday, it's a big football

:00:36. > :00:38.day and a very big one for Manchester United. The team is under

:00:39. > :00:41.huge amounts of pressure after losing their last three matches.

:00:42. > :00:45.Wayne Rooney who is out injured has used social media to urge United

:00:46. > :00:48.fans to keep backing their team. It's been a very difficult time for

:00:49. > :00:53.new manager David Moyes. The last time United lost four games in a row

:00:54. > :00:57.was more than 50 years ago. And they do not want to set a new record. So

:00:58. > :01:01.he's hoping for a win today against Swansea, the same team that knocked

:01:02. > :01:04.them out of the FA Cup a week ago. It's just another game, I know it is

:01:05. > :01:10.against the same opponents, but it is a chance to get yourself playing

:01:11. > :01:15.well again. If you're not winning, that can affect your confidence. It

:01:16. > :01:18.plays a big part in football. It can happen. But we will try to get back

:01:19. > :01:26.in winning ways and get those three points.

:01:27. > :01:29.After a week of extreme weather across parts of the UK there are

:01:30. > :01:33.reports of even more flooding on its way. People living in parts of

:01:34. > :01:35.Southern England are being warned by the Environment Agency that swollen

:01:36. > :01:39.rivers means floodwaters could rise even further. There will be a brief

:01:40. > :01:42.rest from the rain today but 88 flood warnings are still in place

:01:43. > :01:45.across England and Wales. Today marks 60 years since the very

:01:46. > :01:48.first BBC TV weather presenter appeared on our screens. Back then

:01:49. > :01:58.they used maps drawn with pencils and even sticky labels. It was a lot

:01:59. > :02:01.more difficult to get it right then and forecasters were often blamed

:02:02. > :02:04.for bad weather. But thanks to technology moving things on, a lot

:02:05. > :02:07.has changed. Here's BBC weatherman Simon King with a rundown of how

:02:08. > :02:11.things work today. In those days they didn't have

:02:12. > :02:17.computers or advanced technology so they used to have to draw the pewter

:02:18. > :02:22.maps -- weather maps. They could only really forecast one day ahead.

:02:23. > :02:25.Technology has changed massively. We've got computers and satellite

:02:26. > :02:29.information to predict the weather up to five days ahead and also some

:02:30. > :02:39.fancy graphics that we use on the TV. We forecast all across the world

:02:40. > :02:42.and the BBC weather centre now produces over 100 national

:02:43. > :02:58.broadcasts every day, compared to one a day back in 1964.

:02:59. > :03:01.Now imagine the sort of job where you get to hang out with otters,

:03:02. > :03:04.groups of monkeys and jaguars, watching their every move and

:03:05. > :03:07.capturing them on film. Sounds great, doesn't it? Well, Adam White

:03:08. > :03:11.here is a TV producer who's just spent months filming wild animals in

:03:12. > :03:16.Brazil for a new show called Wild Brazil. Why did you chose Brazil as

:03:17. > :03:21.the country to film him? 2014 is the year of Brazil. We got

:03:22. > :03:23.the World Cup and Brazil has some incredible wildlife.

:03:24. > :03:29.How did you pick what animals to follow?

:03:30. > :03:38.We've chosen a few characters. We have got giant otters which are two

:03:39. > :03:43.metres long. We've got monkeys that do so much fun stuff that you only

:03:44. > :03:54.need to look at them to see why we chose them. They are quite common in

:03:55. > :03:57.Brazil and quite mysterious -- mischievous.

:03:58. > :04:01.And a Newsround viewer has asked this one: Diamond from County Durham

:04:02. > :04:05.says, which animal was the hardest to film?

:04:06. > :04:09.Jaguars. We had to film about ten miles of river bank And Isabelle

:04:10. > :04:11.from Aberdeenshire wonders are the monkeys you filmed with endangered?

:04:12. > :04:23.Just to catch sight of them. There are lots of people in Brazil

:04:24. > :04:25.who care passionately about wildlife and who are trying to make things

:04:26. > :04:40.better. Thank you for coming in. Now, when

:04:41. > :04:44.you're relaxing on the beach the last thing you expect to see is a

:04:45. > :04:47.plane coming into land. But that's exactly what happened on

:04:48. > :04:50.this beach in New Zealand. Pilots had to make an emergency landing

:04:51. > :04:54.after a engine problem. They then tried to take off again but got

:04:55. > :04:57.caught in the surf. Luckily nobody was injured. They were just a bit

:04:58. > :05:02.embarrassed. And they had to get a bit of help to get the plane out of

:05:03. > :05:03.the water. People there were pretty surprised.

:05:04. > :05:04.All we saw was a plane coming towards us.

:05:05. > :05:06.Everybody stopped and scared. That plane is going to crash on the

:05:07. > :05:16.beach. Everybody ran.

:05:17. > :05:19.The third series of The Voice starts tonight with two brand new coaches,

:05:20. > :05:23.Kylie Minogue and Ricky Wilson from the Kaiser Chiefs. But what can we

:05:24. > :05:25.expect from this year? Here's Will.i.am.

:05:26. > :05:29.I thought all the good singers were going to want to come to me and Tom.

:05:30. > :05:36.She has incredible singers on her team.

:05:37. > :05:47.And Ricky is a revelation. The dynamic is warmer between the

:05:48. > :05:50.coaches. It is more of a family by. If you like The Voice, then head

:05:51. > :05:53.over to the Newsround website to test your knowledge on new coach

:05:54. > :05:56.Kylie Minogue. We've also got amazing pictures of a volcanic

:05:57. > :05:59.eruption in Indonesia. And the strangest stories of the week.

:06:00. > :06:01.That's all from me, Newsround's back right here at 1:55pm.
