:00:00. > :00:12.Good morning. This is Newsround. I'm Ricky with all the very latest this
:00:13. > :00:15.Tuesday. In the next five minutes: On Safer Internet Day, we've got a
:00:16. > :00:18.sneak preview of our special programme about online bullying.
:00:19. > :00:19.GB's Katie Summerhayes qualifies for the skiing slopestyle final in
:00:20. > :00:21.Sochi. And 1D take on Ellie Goulding at the
:00:22. > :00:35.Brits. First this morning, the floods
:00:36. > :00:38.nightmare continues for those living in parts of southern England.
:00:39. > :00:41.Hundreds of people have had to leave their homes overnight as record
:00:42. > :00:45.floodwaters keep on rising on the River Thames. 16 severe flood
:00:46. > :00:51.warnings are in place in England, which means there is danger to life,
:00:52. > :00:54.with 14 along the Thames. After a quieter day yesterday, the bad
:00:55. > :00:58.weather is returning, with heavy rain and strong winds battering
:00:59. > :01:02.southern England again this morning. But it's not just the south of
:01:03. > :01:05.England - Britain's longest river the Severn, is rising in the
:01:06. > :01:08.Midlands. It's caused huge problems in Worcester, where Nel found
:01:09. > :01:18.yesterday that getting to school can be really difficult.
:01:19. > :01:22., where 29 kids, to a classroom full, haven't been able to get in
:01:23. > :01:31.because of the floods. Those who have have have had really difficult
:01:32. > :01:34.journeys. It was kind of weird, because all the roads that we cycled
:01:35. > :01:40.on, pretty much all of them were closed. And also, we had to cycle
:01:41. > :01:43.along one flooded one, so it is weird. All the fields were just
:01:44. > :01:45.water. You couldn't see the difference between the river and the
:01:46. > :01:49.fields. Next up, the use of mobile phones
:01:50. > :01:52.and the internet is changing how young people are being bullied. The
:01:53. > :01:55.children's charity NSPCC says over a third of kids have been bullied
:01:56. > :01:58.online, and it can be a really upsetting and difficult thing to
:01:59. > :02:02.deal with. In a special Newsround this afternoon, I'll be taking a
:02:03. > :02:10.look at the world of cyber-bullying, speaking to young victims and
:02:11. > :02:16.finding out about their experiences. I got a notification on my phone. I
:02:17. > :02:21.wasn't sure if it was someone's idea of a sick joke. Everybody has a
:02:22. > :02:25.smartphone, and it's always there, Facebook, whatever. You can get away
:02:26. > :02:30.from it. Feels like you are trapped in a room where there are no windows
:02:31. > :02:35.and no doors, and the world are just closing in on you and you can't
:02:36. > :02:38.escape. I have come to the school in Manchester to see just how much of
:02:39. > :02:42.an impact it is having childrenlives.
:02:43. > :02:47.There was one girl that used to start arguments with me over
:02:48. > :02:52.Facebook and it used to upset me every day. At school, there are
:02:53. > :02:58.teachers to solid, but at home, when you are on your computer, there is
:02:59. > :03:01.Nolan to solder. Cyberbullying has been in the news recently, and we
:03:02. > :03:05.know you are more worried about it. Being targeted online can be an
:03:06. > :03:12.upsetting experience, and something that can happen to anyone. For Zoe,

:03:20. > :03:21.everyone! She now has over 3 million subscribers to her videos and get
:03:22. > :03:27.thousands of comments posted. But that success has also made her a
:03:28. > :03:31.target for online bullying. I have had comments about my appearance,
:03:32. > :03:34.people telling me I am too skinny to be able model. Pretty much anything
:03:35. > :03:40.you can think of, I have probably read. Are finding abortive he feels
:03:41. > :03:43.like to be targeted online and how you can deal with cyberbullying.

:04:00. > :04:02.back is likely to be made illegal in England and Wales. Last night, lots
:04:03. > :04:07.of MPs voted to support a ban, which means the government is now able to
:04:08. > :04:10.make it law. But it's now up to the people in charge to decide whether
:04:11. > :04:16.it should be introduced. But some people say it's a step too far.
:04:17. > :04:19.One Direction and Ellie Goulding are among the stars who'll fight it out
:04:20. > :04:23.for the BRIT Award for best music video. 1D's Best Song Ever is one of
:04:24. > :04:28.five nominations, along with Burn by Ellie Goulding. The winner will be
:04:29. > :04:31.decided in a online public vote via Twitter, which will take place
