:00:42. > :00:48.Here in this class, it's all about...standing.
:00:49. > :00:51.It's part of an experiment to see if standing throughout the day,
:00:52. > :00:53.instead of sitting down, helps improve your health by keeping
:00:54. > :00:58.you more active, so how does it work?
:00:59. > :01:01.To go up, you push this lever and it goes up.
:01:02. > :01:05.To go down, you hold the lever and you push on the top of the desk.
:01:06. > :01:08.But you've got a chair here. So how does that work?
:01:09. > :01:19.When you're standing up, you've got to put your chair to one

:01:48. > :01:55.This class seem happy with them, but does standing really make that
:01:56. > :02:03.If you're standing up at your desk you're more likely to become a more
:02:04. > :02:07.active adult and stand more when you're a grown up as well,
:02:08. > :02:09.and we know that standing as an adult reduces the risk
:02:10. > :02:13.of things like type II diabetes, heart disease and of being
:02:14. > :02:16.overweight and obese when you're an adult.

:03:32. > :03:36.does it mean to you? A big inspiration for me to get into
:03:37. > :03:42.show-jumping was just seeing other people, because I came across a show
:03:43. > :03:49.that had horses in and I thought, oh, horses. I thought it was like

:04:27. > :04:37.getting in trouble, at times, but going into the horse world, if you
:04:38. > :04:43.will, my behaviour changes because if I'm loud and noisy, the horse
:04:44. > :04:49.could get scared or spooked. Anything could happen. So you have
:04:50. > :04:54.to calm yourself down several horse stays calm. Is there a way of
:04:55. > :04:58.controlling your behaviour as well? Does it help you in that way? Kind
