:00:00. > :00:00.Hi guys, Jenny here, live with an amazing dolphin rescue

:00:00. > :00:07.on the way, plus What caused the biggest supermoon, in 20 years?

:00:08. > :00:19.First, going to the toilet is something most of us do every day,

:00:20. > :00:23.But imagine living somewhere where finding a working loo

:00:24. > :00:28.That's the case for hundreds of millions of people in India,

:00:29. > :00:31.And sorting the problem out, is more difficult than you'd think.

:00:32. > :00:39.India's home to some of the world's most famous cities and landmarks.

:00:40. > :00:45.But alongside them, tens of millions of people live in slums like this.

:00:46. > :00:47.Homes here don't have their own toilets.

:00:48. > :00:52.There are no pipes to the sewers, there's no space for them

:00:53. > :00:54.in these narrow alleys, so there's nowhere for the waste to go.

:00:55. > :00:57.There are shared toilets, but there aren't enough of them

:00:58. > :01:03.There are so many people living here and only one toilet.

:01:04. > :01:06.We'd be waiting an hour if we tried to use that.

:01:07. > :01:10.So most of us in this locality just go out and use

:01:11. > :01:15.It leaves millions of people with no choice but to go outside.

:01:16. > :01:20.More than 600 million people in India don't have access to

:01:21. > :01:24.a proper toilet, that's around 10 times the population of the UK!

:01:25. > :01:27.India's new government wants to build five million new toilets

:01:28. > :01:32.in 100 days, that's roughly one every second,

:01:33. > :01:35.but the authorities say generating the money to build them isn't the

:01:36. > :01:43.Most of the land is occupied by slums, so you have to demolish

:01:44. > :01:47.a slum to make a public toilet, so the only alternative now left is

:01:48. > :01:51.to demolish and reconstruct a toilet and add toilet seats.

:01:52. > :01:54.It's not just a problem in the cities, in the countryside

:01:55. > :01:57.the situation isn't much better, with similar problems meaning many

:01:58. > :02:03.India does have some highly developed towns and cities.

:02:04. > :02:06.But with such huge numbers going without access to a simple toilet

:02:07. > :02:10.everyday, one of the big challenges for the current government is

:02:11. > :02:15.closing the gap between the richest and poorest people in the country.

:02:16. > :02:19.Next to how magic tricks are being used to help kids with disabilities.

:02:20. > :02:22.These children all suffer from a type of cerebal palsy called

:02:23. > :02:25.Hemiplegia, which means one side of their body

:02:26. > :02:30.But experts at a special camp in London found that

:02:31. > :02:36.by practicing magic tricks, 9 out of 10 kids improved

:02:37. > :02:39.the strength on their weaker side, and started using both hands.

:02:40. > :02:46.TV magician Dynamo worked with the children.

:02:47. > :02:53.By giving them cards to practice shovelling and to giving them the

:02:54. > :02:59.skills to help them learn, it gives them more chance to move. They

:03:00. > :03:03.forget they are exercising their muscles. It is a good way to get

:03:04. > :03:05.them to do exercises while having fun.

:03:06. > :03:08.Now, I don't know if you noticed, but there was something pretty

:03:09. > :03:11.different about the sky overnight. No, it wasn't the stormy weather,

:03:12. > :03:14.I'm talking supermoons. Yes, last night our moon was much bigger and

:03:15. > :03:28.brighter than usual. Why? Well watch this.

:03:29. > :03:35.As you can see it is a really bright, really really bright.

:03:36. > :03:38.Sunday stargazers the world over, were in for a treat last night, as

:03:39. > :03:41.a moon 14% bigger and 30% brighter than normal, lit up the night sky.

:03:42. > :03:45.The spectacular supermoon, known by astronomers as a perigree, occurs

:03:46. > :03:48.when the moon is closest to the Earth in its orbit, making it appear

:03:49. > :04:06.We usually think of the Moon going around the world in a circle, but it

:04:07. > :04:11.actually goes around in an ellipse, that means it is sometimes closer,

:04:12. > :04:22.sometimes further away. When it is closer, it looks spectacular. Super

:04:23. > :04:23.moons occur every 13 months, but the one yesterday was brighter than

:04:24. > :04:25.usual. But if you missed the supermoon,

:04:26. > :04:29.don't worry, the next one is due to And there are more amazing supermoon

:04:30. > :04:32.pictures for you on the Newsround And finally,

:04:33. > :04:35.just enough time to tell you 13-year-old Finley from Nottingham,

:04:36. > :04:38.and his uncle Simon, were on holiday on the Isle of Mull,

:04:39. > :04:41.when they spotted the animals, who had become stranded

:04:42. > :04:45.near a beach on the Scottish coast. This is the footage of his uncle who

:04:46. > :04:48.spent the next two hours helping 19 dolphins to safety, by picking them

:04:49. > :04:52.up and moving them to deeper waters. That's all from me, Newsround's back

:04:53. > :04:59.bright and early tomorrow morning.
