0:00:03 > 0:00:06Morning, guys, you're watching Newsround,

0:00:06 > 0:00:09here's what's coming up...

0:00:09 > 0:00:15Rooney is dropped from the England team after being jeered by fans.

0:00:15 > 0:00:23And the teenage skier with a crazy indoor training course.

0:00:30 > 0:00:32People who own one of the newest and most high tech smartphones

0:00:32 > 0:00:36in the world are being told NOT to turn them on.

0:00:36 > 0:00:40Samsung say those who own the Galaxy Note7 smart-phones should

0:00:40 > 0:00:45leave them turned off while it investigates why some

0:00:45 > 0:00:46of them are catching fire.

0:00:46 > 0:00:51They've also been taken out of all the shops.

0:00:51 > 0:00:53England, Northern Ireland and Scotland all play

0:00:53 > 0:00:55World Cup qualifiers tonight, but much of the focus

0:00:55 > 0:00:56is on Wayne Rooney.

0:00:56 > 0:00:58The England captain has been dropped to the bench by caretaker

0:00:58 > 0:01:00manager Gareth Southgate.

0:01:00 > 0:01:02The country's record goal-scorer hasn't been playing well recently

0:01:02 > 0:01:04and was even booed by fans at Wembley at the weekend.

0:01:04 > 0:01:10Here's what he had to say.

0:01:11 > 0:01:13Erm, listen, there's no embarrassment,

0:01:13 > 0:01:15I show great pride in playing for my country.

0:01:15 > 0:01:18Erm, and whether that's from the bench, then that's from the bench.

0:01:18 > 0:01:20You know, nothing has changed, in terms of my future over

0:01:20 > 0:01:25the next couple of years.

0:01:25 > 0:01:29So, played in the wrong position, booed by his own fans and now

0:01:29 > 0:01:32dropped from the team - what do you think about how Wayne

0:01:32 > 0:01:34Rooney is being treated by England?

0:01:34 > 0:01:38Go online and let us know. Does he deserve another chance?

0:01:38 > 0:01:42We'll read out some of your comments later.

0:01:43 > 0:01:47She's won two Olympic gold medals in boxing,

0:01:47 > 0:01:50so it's hard to imagine anyone trying to tell Nicola

0:01:50 > 0:01:51Adams what to do.

0:01:51 > 0:01:53But she's told Newsround that when she was younger,

0:01:53 > 0:01:55some coaches thought she wouldn't be a good boxer -

0:01:55 > 0:02:00because she's a girl. Ayshah's got more.

0:02:03 > 0:02:08COMMENTATOR: Nicola Adams let's out a triumphant roar,

0:02:08 > 0:02:13having been crowned Olympic champion for the second successive time!

0:02:13 > 0:02:18NICOLA: It'd just be nice to have people taking over and girls taking

0:02:18 > 0:02:20over the sport when I leave off.

0:02:20 > 0:02:24I'd like to be able to sit back on my sofa one day,

0:02:24 > 0:02:26and see the up-and-coming youngsters coming through and winning medals

0:02:26 > 0:02:29for the country, just like I was.

0:02:29 > 0:02:33What was it like for you when you started out in boxing?

0:02:33 > 0:02:34Were there many girls around?

0:02:34 > 0:02:38No, there wasn't. I was the only girl in my boxing gym.

0:02:38 > 0:02:41There would be coaches that would go to to boxing

0:02:41 > 0:02:43matches and they'd be like, "Women don't know how to box.

0:02:43 > 0:02:50Women can't box." I'd be like, "Really?

0:02:50 > 0:02:53I'm about to show you something right now."

0:02:53 > 0:02:56And I got in the ring and boxed and he totally changed his mind

0:02:56 > 0:03:00after he saw me box. He was like, "Wow, you could teach my lads here a

0:03:00 > 0:03:03thing or two down at the gym!"

0:03:03 > 0:03:06And it's nice to think that these days, there's actually a path

0:03:06 > 0:03:09for young girls to follow, I'd say, I created the road myself.

0:03:09 > 0:03:12And it's nice they've got a path to follow the journey won't be

0:03:12 > 0:03:16as hard for them as was for me.

0:03:16 > 0:03:19Who do you think should be doing more to get girls into sport?

0:03:19 > 0:03:22I think it's just important that girls get the encouragement

0:03:22 > 0:03:24that they can actually do anything.

0:03:24 > 0:03:27They are not restricted to doing one particular job or one particular

0:03:27 > 0:03:29field that they have to do.

0:03:29 > 0:03:32It's important they know there's a lot of different

0:03:32 > 0:03:36things that women can do. You know, we can do it all.

0:03:36 > 0:03:40Lots of girls drop out at a certain age because they feel quite awkward.

0:03:40 > 0:03:44What would your advice be to them?

0:03:44 > 0:03:47I would say, if you do feel that way, maybe take a friend along

0:03:47 > 0:03:50for a little bit of a confidence boost and maybe you'll

0:03:50 > 0:03:52start to feel, "Hey, you know what?

0:03:52 > 0:03:59I don't actually need you, I can do this on my own now," you know?

0:03:59 > 0:04:00Good

0:04:00 > 0:04:01Good advice.

0:04:01 > 0:04:05Next, what started out as a video of a training session in a school

0:04:05 > 0:04:07gym has launched a Swiss teenager to internet fame.

0:04:07 > 0:04:12Naz has been taking a look at this rather impressive workout.

0:04:12 > 0:04:13Meet Andri Ragettli.

0:04:13 > 0:04:16He's an 18-year-old skier from Switzerland and this

0:04:16 > 0:04:19is how he trains.

0:04:19 > 0:04:22Andri posted this video of his school gym training routine

0:04:22 > 0:04:29online and within days it's been viewed millions of times.

0:04:29 > 0:04:34It was so surprising, crazy, like, it's unbelievable!

0:04:34 > 0:04:41I made it my tenth try, so, I was stoked that I made it.

0:04:41 > 0:04:43I'm a person who likes to challenge myself.

0:04:43 > 0:04:48It's really important we have good balance for skiing.

0:04:48 > 0:04:50Andri goes to a specialist school in Switzerland for young

0:04:50 > 0:04:56people who are aspiring to be professional athletes.

0:04:56 > 0:04:59I really love to do sport, trampoline, surfing,

0:04:59 > 0:05:04skiing, extreme sports, I like the most.

0:05:04 > 0:05:07But it looks like all that training is paying off .

0:05:07 > 0:05:12Now, Andri has set his sights on the next Winter Olympics.

0:05:12 > 0:05:17In two years, there is the Olympics, my dream is to make a podium there.

0:05:17 > 0:05:22With skills like this, we wouldn't put it past him.

0:05:24 > 0:05:26And from bonkers skills to conkers skills.

0:05:26 > 0:05:29You know when autumn's arrived - it's not just conker season -

0:05:29 > 0:05:32it's the World Conker Championships!

0:05:32 > 0:05:35Nearly 200 people took part in the contest and even came

0:05:35 > 0:05:39from Russia, the USA and Japan.

0:05:39 > 0:05:41A new Conker King was crowned despite it being the first

0:05:41 > 0:05:44time he'd ever tried it.

0:05:44 > 0:05:48The Conker Queen HAD done it before though - and she told us her secret.

0:05:48 > 0:05:53That's all from me, Leah will be here at 4:20pm.

0:05:53 > 0:05:59Bye!
