:00:44. > :00:46.Junior doctors are new doctors who are still training

:00:50. > :00:51.are unfair and could make things dangerous for patients
:00:52. > :00:58.because they will be too tired to do things properly,
:00:59. > :01:01.but the government says the plans are fair and that it means things
:01:02. > :01:04.going to hospital, especially at the weekend.

:01:09. > :01:10.Most hospitals are offering only the kind of service they offer
:01:11. > :01:15.on Christmas Day, which means no planned operations.
