:00:39. > :00:49.area themselves. The poll has been described as illegal by the European

:00:50. > :00:55.Union and the United States. It is a very critical moment in this

:00:56. > :01:01.crisis and it will be important to see how Moscow responds to this.

:01:02. > :01:04.They are saying there is a strong feeling in the region that they will

:01:05. > :01:07.be breaking away from Kiev. Ukraine has been in crisis over recent

:01:11. > :01:13.to stay an independent country and those who think it should become
