:00:09. > :00:12.finest Newsround this Monday afternoon! On the way: Government

:00:12. > :00:22.splash the cash to get more of us on our bikes! And Norway's Prime

:00:22. > :00:24.

:00:24. > :00:28.Minister turned taxi driver! This is Newsround.

:00:28. > :00:32.First up - from Olympic gold medals to Tour de France winners, Britain's

:00:32. > :00:35.cyclists are some of the best in the world. But are the state of cycle

:00:35. > :00:39.lanes stopping you from following in their footsteps? Well, that could be

:00:39. > :00:42.about to change as the Government plans to pump big money into getting

:00:42. > :00:46.more of us out on two wheels. Racing towards history, Sir Chris Hoy,

:00:46. > :00:49.Laura Trott, Sir Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome are just some of the

:00:49. > :00:53.inspirational faces behind Britain's cycling success story. But if their

:00:53. > :01:03.achievements have inspired you to get out on your bike, how easy is

:01:03. > :01:04.

:01:04. > :01:09.it? I don't like the potholes on some of the roads and the drivers.

:01:09. > :01:16.You cannot relax on your bike because you have got to be avoiding

:01:16. > :01:20.everything and braking. Well, Prime Minister David Cameron wants to make

:01:20. > :01:25.it easier and says 94 million will be spent on improving cycle routes

:01:25. > :01:30.in England. We had tremendous success during the Olympics and I

:01:30. > :01:32.want to turn that into grassroots cycling. 77 million pounds will be

:01:32. > :01:34.split between eight cycling cities - Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham,

:01:34. > :01:39.Newcastle, Bristol, Cambridge, Oxford and Norwich. Another 17

:01:39. > :01:42.million will be spent on improving routes at four national parks. There

:01:42. > :01:46.will be brand new cycle paths, improvements to existing routes and

:01:46. > :01:52.new 20 mph speed limit zones. In 2012, only 2% of journeys in Britain

:01:52. > :01:55.were made by bike. And this year a study ranked the UK the 10th most

:01:56. > :02:01.cycle-friendly country in Europe - way behind the likes of Denmark, the

:02:01. > :02:07.Netherlands and Germany. They probably started a lot earlier than

:02:07. > :02:13.we did so I think in terms of what is happening today, it is a great

:02:13. > :02:15.step forward. It is just a small step, we definitely want to see more

:02:15. > :02:18.investment in cycling going forward. But the Government hopes this

:02:18. > :02:25.investment will kick-start a cycling revolution, and encourage more of us

:02:25. > :02:29.to turn to pedal power! Next, to concerns over

:02:29. > :02:33.cyber-bullying. The charity NSPCC says almost one in five of you have

:02:33. > :02:36.had a bad experience on social networking sites. The survey of just

:02:36. > :02:39.over a thousand children suggests most of the negative experiences are

:02:39. > :02:43.because of bullying, trolling and kids feeling under pressure to look

:02:43. > :02:45.a certain way. They also found that children were signing up to sites

:02:45. > :02:49.like Facebook before they were old enough.

:02:50. > :02:53.Now, the moment you've all been waiting for! The Office for National

:02:53. > :02:57.Statistics has released the list of most baby popular baby names in

:02:57. > :03:00.England and Wales for last year. For the second year running, Harry is

:03:00. > :03:08.the most popular boy's name and Amelia is the most popular name for

:03:08. > :03:11.girls. Meanwhile Riley, Mia and Isla are newcomers in their top tens. But

:03:11. > :03:16.here at Newsround we wouldn't be too surprised if a certain Prince George

:03:16. > :03:20.has a big impact on the 2013 chart when it's announced.

:03:20. > :03:30.On the website we've been asking about your name. Do you like it? Or

:03:30. > :03:48.

:03:48. > :03:56.would you like to change it to a taxi and finding the driver was

:03:56. > :04:00.none other than the Prime Minister. As yet there's no sign of Mr Cameron

:04:00. > :04:03.getting behind the wheel of a London black cab, but for the people of

:04:03. > :04:06.Norway their PM had a surprise in store. Here's Nel. Running the

:04:06. > :04:09.country, meeting world leaders and making decisions that affect

:04:09. > :04:13.millions of people. Just another day in the life of Norway's Prime

:04:13. > :04:23.Minister, Jens Stoltenberg. But the PM took time out from his busy day

:04:23. > :04:27.job for a stint as a taxi driver in the country's capital Oslo. To keep

:04:27. > :04:37.his identity secret, he wore sunglasses and a taxi driver's

:04:37. > :04:38.

:04:38. > :04:48.uniform, not that many people were fooled. When I see you from behind,

:04:48. > :04:49.

:04:49. > :04:52.you look a lot like Jens Stoltenberg. The taxi-driving stunt
