:01:07. > :01:11.the last hour Helen Glover and Heather Stanning took an impressive

:01:12. > :01:16.win in the rowing, the second time they have won the Olympic gold after

:01:17. > :01:20.winning in London 2012. There was another gold medal in the men's

:01:21. > :01:24.rowing. It was never in doubt as Great Britain breeze to victory

:01:25. > :01:29.beating Australia to win the Olympic title. On the track Ennis-Hill has

:01:30. > :01:36.had a good start to a hot start of the defence of the heptathlon with a

:01:37. > :01:41.win in the 100 metre hurdles. -- horror start. Great Britain are now

:01:42. > :01:45.fourth in the medals table. One of those silvers came from the rugby

:01:46. > :01:50.sevens, the first-team rugby sevens has been at the Olympics and joining

:01:51. > :01:56.me now as Mark Robertson and James Davis. Well done, lads. You must be

:01:57. > :02:02.thrilled. How was it was much cable like a crazy experience. It was the

:02:03. > :02:06.first day of being in an Olympics. The support from home was

:02:07. > :02:11.unbelievable and the games are what we have only been together ten weeks

:02:12. > :02:16.and we have come together with a quickly and to beat New Zealand and

:02:17. > :02:20.South Africa was amazing. It is quite fitting the Fijians stole the

:02:21. > :02:24.show as they have been the best in world for the past two years so

:02:25. > :02:28.we're pretty chuffed with the experience, all experience, all in

:02:29. > :02:34.all. That shone a spotlight on the sport. Do you think it will get more

:02:35. > :02:39.kids involved? Over the past few days seeing the sport at home, it is
