:00:39. > :00:40.President of the United States has fallen ill.

:00:41. > :00:46.I've been finding out why that's become such a big deal...

:00:47. > :00:49.Running one of the biggest countries in the world is no easy task!

:00:50. > :00:54.It involves long hours, lots of travelling and making many

:00:55. > :01:00.In November, America will be voting to elect a new leader to take over

:01:01. > :01:04.One of the two main candidates for that position is Hillary Cliton.

:01:05. > :01:08.But on Sunday she appeared to faint while at a public event and has now

:01:09. > :01:13.Her doctor has said she has something called pneumonia.

:01:14. > :01:15.Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs.

:01:16. > :01:19.It can vary in how it affects people.

:01:20. > :01:21.Mrs Clinton has said her pneumonia is not serious and she'll

:01:22. > :01:31.The American President is not just a politician, like our

:01:32. > :01:34.Prime Minister, they're also Head of State like our Queen.

:01:35. > :01:37.And Americans expect the President to be healthy and fit,

:01:38. > :01:40.able to cope with the demands of such a job.

:01:41. > :01:43.So if one of the main candidates isn't well enough to work,

:01:44. > :01:45.some voters might fear it could affect their ability

:01:46. > :01:51.These worries could help the other candidate for President,

:01:52. > :01:54.Donald Trump, so all eyes in the US will be on Hillary Clinton

:01:55. > :02:02.and her health as the vote gets closer.

:02:03. > :02:05.Now, there's already some exciting news on day five of the Paralympics,

:02:06. > :02:09.Martin is in Rio right now with all the latest.

:02:10. > :02:38.Looking hot! Boiling here! Welcome to day five. Aled Davies has Gold in

:02:39. > :02:50.the shot put, a new Paralympic record. And Will Bayley, the table

:02:51. > :03:11.tennis. Jumping on the table to celebrate! David Weir was racing,

:03:12. > :03:26.but finished fifth. We'll try to get Martin back. You would have

:03:27. > :03:31.noticed... One of the youngest, only 15, Ellie Robinson, we spoke to her

:03:32. > :03:38.friends. Before the race, and she got Gold! We got reaction!

:03:39. > :03:40.Everyone was cheering, shouting at the tv.

:03:41. > :03:42.When she won we jumped in the air, it was ridiculous!

:03:43. > :03:44.Just so proud of her and everything she's done.

:03:45. > :03:48.We get to see the hard work, so to see her win it is amazing.

:03:49. > :03:55.We've seen all the hard work so we can do it too.

:03:56. > :03:58.It's not just a dream, it's her reality.
