0:03:13 > 0:03:15in many different ways.

0:03:15 > 0:03:1812-year-old Max, who lives in Australia, is one of them,

0:03:18 > 0:03:21but thanks to some special technology, he and his classmates

0:03:27 > 0:03:31Meet Max - he loves school and hanging out with his mates.

0:03:31 > 0:03:34Max has trouble speaking because he has cerebral palsy,

0:03:38 > 0:03:40Where is Mr Jessett?

0:03:40 > 0:03:45But recently, a piece of technology called Compass has meant that Max

0:03:46 > 0:03:52Compass is great and I can communicate independently.

0:03:52 > 0:03:55What's more, it's helped him get closer to his classmates

0:03:55 > 0:03:59because they've been able to make games that he can play on it.

0:03:59 > 0:04:02That's it, where the red dot is, well done.

0:04:02 > 0:04:05Our teacher said that we should make a game for Max and it

0:04:17 > 0:04:21the different parts of the game.

0:04:21 > 0:04:26This game, he smiles a lot when he plays them because he really

0:04:26 > 0:04:29enjoys being able to play games with eye gaze rather than just

0:04:29 > 0:04:33watching someone else play them.

0:04:33 > 0:04:36OK, Max, the point of this game is to help you strengthen your eye

0:04:36 > 0:04:37gaze for getting round the track.

0:04:37 > 0:04:40Thanks to the games, Max has come away with new friends.

0:04:40 > 0:04:42When I first met Max, I didn't really know how

0:04:42 > 0:04:45to interact with him, but then when I started making this,

0:04:47 > 0:04:49Me and Max have a good friendship now.
