0:02:30 > 0:02:33ordered the US space team to work on sending American
0:02:33 > 0:02:36astronauts back to the moon.
0:02:36 > 0:02:39And maybe even beyond!
0:02:39 > 0:02:42NASA haven't been on the moon since the 1970s
0:02:42 > 0:02:45and the President wants them to start work on a base there that
0:02:45 > 0:02:51could serve as a pit-stop for future missions to Mars.
0:02:51 > 0:03:01It marks an important step in returning American astronauts
0:03:02 > 0:03:04to the Moon for the firt time since 1972.
0:03:04 > 0:03:07We will establish a foundation for an eventual mission to Mars
0:03:07 > 0:03:10and perhaps too many worlds beyond.
0:03:10 > 0:03:12Next up, mobile phones in school - should they be allowed?
0:03:12 > 0:03:15In France a new law is aiming to ban phones in primary
0:03:15 > 0:03:16and secondary schools.

0:04:01 > 0:04:07Next, we load the machines with the reels, and switch it on.
0:04:12 > 0:04:18The machine cuts the foil up to make it nice and frilly.
0:04:23 > 0:04:26Then, we add some wire to make it stronger.

0:04:30 > 0:04:33Finally it goes down to the tub where it is all spun together
