:01:05. > :01:07.how the crocodiles first evolved into dinosaurs - by studying
:01:08. > :01:10.a fossil of a creature called a teleocrator.
:01:11. > :01:13.In many ways this animal is a missing link between dinosaurs and
:01:14. > :01:17.crocodiles and shows how some of the features that previously just
:01:18. > :01:21.appeared in dinosaurs actually first evolved.
:01:22. > :01:24.For example, dinosaurs start off as 2-legged animals,
:01:25. > :01:30.whereas most of their ancestors seem to be 4-legged.
:01:31. > :01:32.This animal shows how the transition between a four-legged
:01:33. > :01:36.crocodile-like animal and the 2-legged dinosaur happened.
:01:37. > :01:39.Studying the teleocrator bones also showed researchers that some
:01:40. > :01:42.dinosaur features evolved much earlier than they'd first thought.
:01:43. > :01:49.When this wall fell down at a primary school
:01:50. > :01:55.have been found to have construction problems.
