:00:35. > :00:49.drove them through the city so even more fans could see their heroes.

:00:50. > :00:59.I felt so fantastic, I couldn't believe it. I am happy to be here

:01:44. > :01:51.Scientists say some teenagers should be allowed to start school later to

:01:52. > :01:56.get more sleep. What time do you wake up in the morning? Are you the

:01:57. > :02:06.first person up and out of bed or do you need to be under the duvet? I am

:02:07. > :02:14.supposed to be in bed at 8:30 p.m., that normally I stay in bed until

:02:15. > :02:22.nine. I go to bed at half 12 at night, but sometimes later. Our

:02:23. > :02:27.brains have their own clock, just like on your wall. The body clock

:02:28. > :02:34.tells us when to wake up in the morning. When we are really young we

:02:35. > :02:37.get up early in the morning, but for teenagers, dead clocks drift later

:02:38. > :02:42.in the day and they stay well into the night and slight in in the

:02:43. > :02:49.morning. But as you get older, the crop goes back again and that is why

:02:50. > :02:54.your parents have to get up early. For a long time it was thought to

:02:55. > :02:58.teenagers were grumpy and lazy and any other explanation, but it is the

:02:59. > :03:08.biology. That is how it really is. The natural clock gets delayed as

:03:09. > :03:12.you go through teenage years. According to expert teenagers have

:03:13. > :03:17.an excuse for lying in in the morning. Some schools have started

:03:18. > :03:24.lessons later in the date to stop grumpy teenagers falling asleep.

:03:25. > :03:26.Organisers of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow

:03:27. > :03:29.have apologised after problems on the ticket website and phone line

:03:30. > :03:32.meant many people struggled to get tickets yesterday. An extra 100,000

:03:33. > :03:35.tickets for all 17 sports and the opening and closing ceremonies went

:03:36. > :03:39.on sale on Monday but customers were faced with long waits to get

:03:40. > :03:42.through. Organisers have thanked people for their patience and say

:03:43. > :03:46.Mo Farah said he will compete in Glasgow later this year.

:03:47. > :03:50.He posted a message this morning to the news,

:03:51. > :03:59.saying, see you in Glasgow. He still is not sure which event he

:04:00. > :04:01.will run, but his coach had advised him not to run any more marathons

:04:02. > :04:13.until after the 2016 Olympics. Rio Ferdinand is leaving Manchester

:04:14. > :04:22.United after being told he would not be offered a new contract. He has

:04:23. > :04:25.been at the club for 12 years. It is understood he wants to carry on

:04:26. > :04:31.playing, but his next club is unknown.

:04:32. > :04:38.A new robotic arm which can move like a real hand can be used on

:04:39. > :04:42.amputees in the USA. It can pick up delicate object like eggs and can

:04:43. > :04:48.make it easier for people to zip up clothes. Finally, check out this

:04:49. > :04:53.building in South Korea which started to tilt to one side. It is

:04:54. > :05:01.still under construction and no one knows what has caused it. The degree

:05:02. > :05:03.is five times greater than the leaning Tower of Pisa.
