:02:53. > :03:02.It is just incredible. It was absolutely amazing when I found out

:03:03. > :03:06.I had got at least a bronze medal. Bryony Page stepped up to the podium

:03:07. > :03:11.and accepts an Olympic silver medallist Great Britons. I didn't

:03:12. > :03:15.expect to win a medal at all. You dream about it and then it has

:03:16. > :03:20.actually come true. It is just amazing. And credible feeling and it

:03:21. > :03:27.is going to be hard to top that, I think. What has it been like in the

:03:28. > :03:30.last four years, gearing up for this? And enjoyable journey without

:03:31. > :03:36.them down is. It has been tough but I have put everything I possibly can

:03:37. > :03:42.into improving myself as a person and an athlete and putting

:03:43. > :03:45.everything I could possibly put into it, like nutrition, physical

:03:46. > :03:50.fitness, mental approach, everything trying to get that to pick for now.

:03:51. > :03:56.A lovely first move. Well-controlled. The best

:03:57. > :04:01.performances I have done all week and all year. What a time to do it!
