:01:46. > :01:49.The trouble started when white supremacists,
:01:50. > :01:52.who believe that white people are better than other races,
:01:53. > :01:57.That's because a statue of someone they think
:01:58. > :02:01.shared their views was being removed from a university.
:02:02. > :02:03.Violence broke out when antiracism groups started
:02:04. > :02:09.A man drove a car into the antiracism protesters.
:02:10. > :02:14.One woman was killed and many others were injured.
:02:15. > :02:16.Emergency services arrived quickly to help
:02:17. > :02:24.US President Donald Trump has condemned the violence.
:02:25. > :02:31.The hate and the division must stop and must stop right now.
:02:32. > :02:37.We have to come together as Americans with love for our nation
:02:38. > :02:40.and true affection and, really, I say this so strongly,
:02:41. > :02:48.It's been a weekend of protest marked by violence and it's
:02:49. > :02:51.shown once again that the US is divided over the issue of race.
:02:52. > :02:53.It's also served as a test for the US's
:02:54. > :02:58.fairly new president Donald Trump.
:02:59. > :03:01.In the past he's been supported by white nationalists,
:03:02. > :03:04.people said that he didn't do enough to criticise the white nationalists
:03:05. > :03:08.Over the next few days, people will be looking to see
:03:09. > :03:10.if there's any more demonstrations and what, if anything,
:03:11. > :03:19.President Trump has to say about those.
:03:20. > :03:25.most of us probably wouldn't want to live with a load of them.
:03:26. > :03:28.But some churches are letting these little guys make themselves at home
:03:29. > :03:34.It might be a bit cold and draughty but for bats it is one of their
:03:35. > :03:37.And these kids have come to this church
:03:38. > :03:40.in Norfolk to find out all about the bats that live here.
:03:41. > :03:42.I've been around and seen two of these, like,
:03:43. > :03:45.tiny bats that were flapping about going like, "Mah, mah!"
:03:46. > :03:48.I saw two of the small bats, I saw a flapper bat.
:03:49. > :03:50.I like bats because they can hang upside down.
:03:51. > :04:00.But they're not always the easiest animals to live with.
:04:01. > :04:05.And the people that own churches are worried that the bats
:04:06. > :04:08.are damaging these very old buildings, with the bats' wee
:04:09. > :04:11.leaving little white spots like this on gravestones.
:04:12. > :04:14.So they might not be the most welcome guests
:04:15. > :04:19.but it's actually really important to protect these bats.
:04:20. > :04:21.Bat populations over a number of years have been declining,
:04:22. > :04:28.But churches are one of the most important buildings in
:04:29. > :04:33.Luckily for the bats, this church is happy to let them
:04:34. > :04:37.stay in the church roof for now, but they're building
:04:38. > :04:40.special bat boxes outside the church for them to live in in the future,
:04:41. > :04:44.so they don't make any more mess inside.
:04:45. > :04:47.And a special project called Bats In Churches is asking other
