:00:26. > :00:31.Hello. Leah and Ricky with you live from Salford. We have all of the

:00:31. > :00:37.day's top stories, including: More on the film that sparked protests

:00:37. > :00:41.around the world. The celebrity send-off for one of Radio One's

:00:41. > :00:46.biggest DJs. First, Prince William is said to be

:00:46. > :00:50.furious after photos of his wife, Kate, sunbathing without her top on

:00:50. > :00:52.were published in a European magazine. They were taken while the

:00:52. > :00:56.couple were on a private holiday together and they didn't know they

:00:56. > :01:00.were being watched. Royal officials say a line has been crossed and it

:01:00. > :01:03.is totally unjustified for William and Kate to have their privacy

:01:04. > :01:06.invaded like this. Watch out for the flashes coming up in this

:01:06. > :01:10.report. Ever since she started dating

:01:10. > :01:13.Prince William, Kate's been in the media spotlight. As the Duchess of

:01:13. > :01:16.Cambridge she has to be in the public eye and this week she set

:01:16. > :01:26.off an official tour of South East Asia where hundreds of photographs

:01:26. > :01:29.have been taken of her every day. The difference here is that the

:01:29. > :01:34.pictures published in Europe show her off-duty, on holiday with

:01:34. > :01:37.William at a private house. William's Mum, Princess Diana, was

:01:37. > :01:39.always being followed by photographers. She once made

:01:39. > :01:49.similar complaints after photographers hid cameras in a gym

:01:49. > :01:54.

:01:54. > :02:00.she was using. William doesn't want Kate to be hounded in the same way.

:02:00. > :02:10.I suspect it is William is outraged that this happened. A statement

:02:10. > :02:12.

:02:12. > :02:16.There are rules about what you can publish in the newspapers and laws

:02:16. > :02:19.that protect people's right to privacy. There's also an agreement

:02:19. > :02:23.between the British press and the Royals about respecting William and

:02:23. > :02:26.Harry even more. But recently naked pictures of Prince Harry in Las

:02:26. > :02:30.Vegas were published on the internet and then shown by the Sun

:02:30. > :02:33.newspaper. So far, the photos of Kate have only been published in

:02:33. > :02:39.one European magazine and all British newspapers refused to buy

:02:39. > :02:42.them. The Royal Family will now decide whether to sue. Whether or

:02:42. > :02:45.not these pictures ever get published in the UK, William and

:02:45. > :02:53.Kate would argue that they should never have been taken in the first

:02:53. > :02:58.place. Now to the film that's outraged

:02:58. > :03:02.millions of Muslims around the world. The footage has got so many

:03:02. > :03:06.people there have been big riots across the Middle East and Africa.

:03:06. > :03:10.This afternoon, British and German buildings in Sudan were targeted as

:03:10. > :03:18.the protests against Western governments continue to spread.

:03:18. > :03:22.They are now in their fourth day. Anger is spreading across the

:03:22. > :03:25.Middle East and North Africa. Protests started here in Cairo, the

:03:25. > :03:30.capital of Egypt, on Tuesday before moving to Libya. By Thursday the

:03:30. > :03:36.anger had reached Yemen. The scenes have been fuelled by an American

:03:36. > :03:38.film that has outraged millions of Muslims. The film is said to show

:03:38. > :03:42.the Prophet Mohammad in an offensive way. Muslims believe

:03:42. > :03:52.Mohammad is their religion's most important figurehead. An attack on

:03:52. > :03:56.him is seen as the ultimate insult to their faith. Don't make our

:03:56. > :04:04.people angry. This is the situation because of the Americans. They want

:04:04. > :04:08.to say something about our Prophet. Earlier this week, anger turned to

:04:08. > :04:09.violence in Libya when the head of the US Embassy was killed along

:04:09. > :04:12.with three other Americans. Yesterday in Yemen these protesters

:04:12. > :04:20.smashed their way into the American Embassy and now the unrest has

:04:20. > :04:27.spread to Iraq, Iran and Bangladesh. This video is disgusting and

:04:27. > :04:33.reprehensible. It appears to have a deeply cynical purpose to denigrate

:04:33. > :04:36.a great religion and to provoke rage. Today security has been

:04:36. > :04:39.stepped up at US embassies around the world, including in London. The

:04:39. > :04:43.protesters want to see the film banned and the people who made it

:04:43. > :04:45.punished. But it's still not clear exactly who made it and with

:04:45. > :04:49.freedom of speech protected in America it's very unlikely that

:04:49. > :04:52.would ever happen. Today, the Egyptian government's tried to stop

:04:52. > :05:01.the violence from spreading any further but for now the protests

:05:01. > :05:05.look set to continue. Other news: Astronomers say the

:05:05. > :05:11.Earth had a close miss last night when an asteroid the size of the

:05:12. > :05:19.Eiffel Tower whizzed past. The space rock was only discovered two

:05:19. > :05:25.weeks' ago. It flew past 1.7 million miles away. Scientists say

:05:25. > :05:29.it could get closer in the future. We should all be safe! Back down on

:05:29. > :05:33.Earth. Yesterday, we told you about Bradley Wiggins becoming one of the

:05:33. > :05:39.biggest names of the Tour of Britain. Today, he's pulled out.

:05:39. > :05:43.The man with the best sideburns in sport should be back in time for

:05:43. > :05:47.the road cycling World Championships later this month.

:05:47. > :05:54.Excellent stuff. After more than eight years of early starts, Chris

:05:54. > :05:57.Moyles will get a lie-in next week. He presented the Radio One

:05:57. > :06:07.Breakfast Show for the very last time this morning. There was a

:06:07. > :06:10.singalong, a celebrity send-off and a couple of tears! I've said it a

:06:10. > :06:17.million of times - goodbye and thank you. It wasn't long before

:06:17. > :06:24.the tears started flowing. After nearly a decade of waking up the

:06:24. > :06:29.nation, it was time to say goodbye. It was my dream to do this show.

:06:29. > :06:39.It's been like so much better. wasn't long before his pals had

:06:39. > :06:41.

:06:41. > :06:45.their say. Hi. McFly had an interesting take on it all!

:06:45. > :06:49.# We never get enough of Chris Moyles. #

:06:49. > :06:57.This cheeky duo tried to cheer Chris up by getting him to strut

:06:57. > :07:05.his stuff. As well as the 120,000 text messages from listeners, lots

:07:05. > :07:10.of celebrities have had their say. JLS said: "Thanks for the support."

:07:10. > :07:14.Ant and Dec said, "It was the end of an era." How do you end the show

:07:14. > :07:24.after eight years of service? With a song, of course

:07:24. > :07:27.

:07:27. > :07:34.# The time has sadly come. # Goodbye, Great Britain!

:07:34. > :07:40.Joining us is the BBC's best showbiz reporter, Colin Paterson.

:07:40. > :07:44.Two years ago, Chris pulled in 7.9 million listeners. Will Nick

:07:44. > :07:47.Grimshaw fill those boots? He has been a huge success. A lot of

:07:47. > :07:52.people watching Newsround won't remember a time when Chris Moyles

:07:52. > :07:56.didn't do the Breakfast Show. But the average listener age has been

:07:56. > :08:01.going up. It is in the 30s! Radio One want it lower. That is why they

:08:01. > :08:11.have gone for a presenter ten years younger than Chris Moyles. Nick

:08:11. > :08:16.

:08:16. > :08:21.Grimshaw is 28. We saw some of his highlights there. He has been

:08:21. > :08:26.accused of bad behaviour? That's right. He has been accused of

:08:26. > :08:30.bullying. Some people would have liked him to play a few more

:08:30. > :08:36.records. We think Nick will play some more. Twice as many. When does

:08:36. > :08:41.he start? In a week's time. Chris Moyles has announced he is going to

:08:41. > :08:50.take the Breakfast Show on tour and do a live version of it. He

:08:50. > :08:54.describes it as being "silly songs" so a busy couple of months for him.
