0:00:12 > 0:00:19Hi, guys, Ayshah here with your Tuesday Newsround live on CBBC.

0:00:19 > 0:00:21Let's start with a bit of sport this morning.

0:00:21 > 0:00:23England manager Gareth Southgate says

0:00:23 > 0:00:26he won't hesitate to use his young stars in tonight's

0:00:26 > 0:00:28friendly against Brazil.

0:00:28 > 0:00:31Three players have been drafted into the senior

0:00:31 > 0:00:34side from the under-21s and could play their first matches.

0:00:34 > 0:00:36This follows five players earning their first caps

0:00:36 > 0:00:38in the draw against Germany, including man-of-the-match

0:00:38 > 0:00:43Reuben Loftus-Cheek.

0:00:43 > 0:00:46And there's been a maassive shock in the World Cup

0:00:46 > 0:00:49qualifiers, as Italy have been knocked out.

0:00:49 > 0:00:52It's the first time they won't be at a World Cup since 1958.

0:00:52 > 0:00:59The four times winners lost their play-off against Sweden.

0:00:59 > 0:01:03What do you do when you miss out on your school prom

0:01:03 > 0:01:05because you're ill?

0:01:05 > 0:01:08Well, one teenager decided he would organise his own and invite

0:01:08 > 0:01:10lots of other kids he didn't know who missed out too.

0:01:10 > 0:01:12Here's why he did it.

0:01:12 > 0:01:16I'm Lewis, and I am organising a mega prom

0:01:16 > 0:01:19for over 150 young people.

0:01:19 > 0:01:23As soon as I was in my last year of school,

0:01:23 > 0:01:25secondary school, I sort of

0:01:25 > 0:01:28was aware that I was going to miss my prom.

0:01:28 > 0:01:35And, sadly, I was in hospital.

0:01:35 > 0:01:38So I know to everyone else I look like a normal teenager,

0:01:38 > 0:01:40and it seems like there's nothing wrong with me,

0:01:40 > 0:01:43but I wake up in the morning and I can't move from the

0:01:43 > 0:01:44seizures.

0:01:44 > 0:01:49So I struggle to get through my days.

0:01:49 > 0:01:53The main reason why I wanted to put on the prom is just so they

0:01:53 > 0:01:55know how special the occasion can be.

0:01:55 > 0:01:57But these 150 people, they all had something in

0:01:57 > 0:02:02common, didn't they?

0:02:02 > 0:02:04They all had some form of condition that they

0:02:04 > 0:02:06struggled on a daily basis with.

0:02:06 > 0:02:08So, that way, it could create a conversation

0:02:08 > 0:02:10easily and that sort of

0:02:10 > 0:02:12built up the friendship.

0:02:12 > 0:02:15Which was the really amazing part to it.

0:02:15 > 0:02:19The main highlight for me was actually

0:02:19 > 0:02:25seeing the impact it made on so many children

0:02:25 > 0:02:26and so many parents

0:02:26 > 0:02:29and their reactions to how amazing the night was.

0:02:29 > 0:02:30It was pretty amazing.

0:02:30 > 0:02:32My breath was taken away. Honestly, I was just speechless.

0:02:32 > 0:02:37This is my dream come true.

0:02:37 > 0:02:41What message would you give to children who have epilepsy

0:02:41 > 0:02:44or another condition who want to do something amazing, put on a big

0:02:44 > 0:02:46event like this?

0:02:46 > 0:02:48Don't let your condition bring you down.

0:02:48 > 0:02:51Always stick to the positive side and

0:02:51 > 0:02:57always keep driving and keep yourself positive.

0:02:57 > 0:02:59And you will always get there, no matter what.

0:02:59 > 0:03:01So great to meet him.

0:03:01 > 0:03:05And you can watch Lewis's full story in My Life: My Big Prom

0:03:05 > 0:03:09at 4.30pm today only on CBBC.

0:03:09 > 0:03:12Lots of people experience online bullying and even YouTube stars have

0:03:12 > 0:03:17to deal with trolling.

0:03:17 > 0:03:20As it's anti-bullying week, we've asked some YouTube stars

0:03:20 > 0:03:25for their advice on what do if you are being bullied online.

0:03:25 > 0:03:28My advice for keeping safe online and avoiding seeing people saying

0:03:28 > 0:03:30horrible comments is, if you do see it, firstly,

0:03:30 > 0:03:34you can block them.

0:03:34 > 0:03:36Or if they are a friend, you can unfollow them.

0:03:36 > 0:03:38That's the first thing you can do.

0:03:38 > 0:03:41And if it still persists, you can always report them if they are

0:03:41 > 0:03:42being horrible.

0:03:42 > 0:03:44The best thing is just to ignore them.

0:03:44 > 0:03:47They are just trying to get a reaction out of you.

0:03:47 > 0:03:49So I just say, ignore it, or if you're really upset

0:03:49 > 0:03:51about something, talk to someone.

0:03:51 > 0:03:53Especially your parents, because parents love you so

0:03:53 > 0:03:54much and always listen to you.

0:03:54 > 0:03:55Trust me.

0:03:55 > 0:03:57Talk to someone and just ignore all of it.

0:03:57 > 0:03:59Because they are wrong! You are amazing.

0:03:59 > 0:04:02If you are getting bullied online, I think the best

0:04:02 > 0:04:05thing to do is not to respond to it because responding to somebody is

0:04:05 > 0:04:10giving them the attention that they want.

0:04:10 > 0:04:13So, for me personally, everybody gets hate in life.

0:04:13 > 0:04:16I get so much hate.

0:04:16 > 0:04:19But you just block it out and when you just ignore

0:04:19 > 0:04:22them, that's not necessarily what they want, but you won't have to see

0:04:22 > 0:04:24it any more and it is a lot nicer.

0:04:24 > 0:04:27So, the internet can be a place for great things but also

0:04:27 > 0:04:29you can get bogged down with some negative comments.

0:04:29 > 0:04:30We all get them.

0:04:30 > 0:04:32Silly comments that don't matter.

0:04:32 > 0:04:34My favourite thing to do is block trolls.

0:04:34 > 0:04:35Block the haters.

0:04:35 > 0:04:36They don't know.

0:04:36 > 0:04:41And it is like power to you.

0:04:41 > 0:04:44Every social media has a block button.

0:04:44 > 0:04:51Personally, if I am receiving negative comments,

0:04:51 > 0:04:53I mute them because they will scream into a void.

0:04:53 > 0:04:57Join us right here in half an hour after wild and weird to find out how

0:04:57 > 0:04:58you measure a mountain.

0:04:58 > 0:05:00It's not as easy as you think.

0:05:00 > 0:05:02We will see you really soon.
