:00:00. > :00:11.Afternoon guys. I'm Ayshah and I've got your weekend news and sport.

:00:12. > :00:15.Including: We find out from Team GB's Sochi golden girl Lizzy Yarnold

:00:16. > :00:19.what it's like to hurtle down the ice at 80 miles an hour.

:00:20. > :00:20.We hear about Davina McCall's gruelling Sport Relief challenge.

:00:21. > :00:30.This is Newsround. First then, Team GB's camp in Sochi

:00:31. > :00:33.is still buzzing after Lizzy Yarnold produced a dominant display last

:00:34. > :00:37.night to win Britain's first gold medal of the Winter Olympics. She

:00:38. > :00:41.aced the women's skeleton, taking the crown from fellow Brit Amy

:00:42. > :00:46.Williams who won at the Vancouver Games in Canada four years ago. If

:00:47. > :00:54.you missed the drama, here's a quick reminder. Lizzy Yarnold is going for

:00:55. > :01:06.Olympic gold. Another track record. This competition has got off to a

:01:07. > :01:18.blistering start. Come on! So far, this is unbelievable. That is just

:01:19. > :01:21.outside the track record. This is her fastest start so far. We

:01:22. > :01:27.couldn't ask for anything more on the second day. Come on, Lizzy.

:01:28. > :01:38.Lizzy Yarnold goes for gold for Great Britain. Keep it together,

:01:39. > :01:43.keep calm. Lizzy Yarnold is the Olympic champion, oh, my goodness!

:01:44. > :01:48.So that's what becoming an Olympic champion looks like but how does it

:01:49. > :01:54.feel? Here's Lizzie earlier this morning. I leapt up from the sled

:01:55. > :01:58.desperate to see the time and I saw the number one so I knew I had won

:01:59. > :02:03.the race. The most amazing feeling. Relief, all the hard work was worth

:02:04. > :02:09.it. My first Olympics. I can't believe it. I had to run 20 metres

:02:10. > :02:15.and leap on to the sled as best I can. Going into the corners, I tried

:02:16. > :02:27.to relax and let the sled pick up as much speed. I am totally focused. I

:02:28. > :02:30.am thinking unbelievably fast. I can even smell things along the track,

:02:31. > :02:34.my senses are all so heightened. It is great fun.

:02:35. > :02:38.She'll pick up her gold medal at 4.30 this afternoon. Well after all

:02:39. > :02:41.that excitement there's plenty more drama from Sochi today. It was

:02:42. > :02:44.bitter disappointment in the speed skating for Team GB's Elise

:02:45. > :02:47.Christie, who after being disqualified from the final of the

:02:48. > :02:52.500m on Thursday, was again penalised in the heats of the 1500m

:02:53. > :02:56.this morning. She missed crossing the finish line by just one

:02:57. > :03:00.centimetre, but she has another shot at a medal in the thousand metres on

:03:01. > :03:03.Tuesday. But good news for Britain's women

:03:04. > :03:07.curlers as they fought back to beat South Korea this morning, giving

:03:08. > :03:10.them a great chance of making the semi-finals. They're equal third in

:03:11. > :03:18.the round-robin table and play Switzerland this afternoon. -- equal

:03:19. > :03:22.second. But Britain's men had a really close finish to their match

:03:23. > :03:26.with Canada, an hour or so ago. With the last stone of the match, GB

:03:27. > :03:29.tried for an outright win but missed it by centimetres, meaning they've

:03:30. > :03:31.still got a way to go to make the semi-finals.

:03:32. > :03:34.Don't forget there's plenty of good Sochi stuff on the website. We've

:03:35. > :03:37.updated our podium picture with Lizzy Yarnold in that number one

:03:38. > :03:41.spot, plus there's some fascinating Winter Olympics facts on there too.

:03:42. > :03:45.Emergency services are working hard to deal with the damage caused by

:03:46. > :03:49.more fierce storms last night. Huge waves, strong wind and heavy rain of

:03:50. > :03:54.up to 80 miles an hour, coupled with continuing flooding, caused havoc in

:03:55. > :03:58.the South of England. Two people have died and 32 were rescued in the

:03:59. > :04:02.latest bout of extreme weather. There are 16 severe flood warnings,

:04:03. > :04:09.meaning danger to life, in place across southern England. More than a

:04:10. > :04:13.140,000 homes are without power. Next up. Well, she did it. After an

:04:14. > :04:16.epic challenge which saw her running, cycling and swimming 500

:04:17. > :04:19.miles from Edinburgh to London, the TV presenter Davina McCall finished

:04:20. > :04:24.her Sport Relief challenge late yesterday. She had to deal with very

:04:25. > :04:30.difficult weather conditions including gale force winds and heavy

:04:31. > :04:33.rain. To have enough energy to complete the challenge she had to

:04:34. > :04:42.eat about 8000 calories a day. Davina's raised over ?750,000 for

:04:43. > :04:46.charity. They just got so cold. It was like somebody was sitting on my

:04:47. > :04:54.chest and I could not breathe. I wanted to stop but I am glad he

:04:55. > :05:01.helped me to push through. I am so happy and relieved and full of love

:05:02. > :05:04.for everyone who has helped me on my way.

:05:05. > :05:06.Footie now, and it's the fifth round of the FA Cup with four matches

:05:07. > :05:11.today. Sunderland against Southampton is in the second half

:05:12. > :05:15.right now but it's goalless so far. Later, could Wigan's James McLean be

:05:16. > :05:18.the hero again as his side take on Cardiff? That's at three o'clock.

:05:19. > :05:22.But Sheffield Wednesday against Charlton is postponed because of a

:05:23. > :05:26.waterlogged pitch. Later this evening at 5.15, it's the big one:

:05:27. > :05:30.Chelsea against Man City at Eastlands for the second time this

:05:31. > :05:38.month. Jose Mourinho says his side are heading to Manchester looking

:05:39. > :05:47.for the win. We do not want a replay. We are not going there to

:05:48. > :05:53.try and get a draw and bring the game to Stamford Bridge. It is a

:05:54. > :05:58.football game. We want to play and we want to try to win. We are

:05:59. > :06:03.confident. I believe they are confident as well. Are they worried?

:06:04. > :06:07.I believe so. OK, that's all we've got time for on

:06:08. > :06:10.Newsround today. But up next on CBBC there's another chance to catch our

:06:11. > :06:13.special programme from earlier this week. The use of mobile phones and

:06:14. > :06:16.the internet is changing how young people are being bullied. In our

:06:17. > :06:20.look at the world of cyber-bullying, Ricky speaks to young victims and

:06:21. > :06:22.their experiences and how they managed to overcome the bullies.

:06:23. > :06:31.It's up next, don't miss it. Unfortunately, bullying

:06:32. > :06:35.at school is nothing new, but what is changing is the way

:06:36. > :06:39.bullies are using mobile phones and the internet to

:06:40. > :06:41.target their victims, often without anyone

:06:42. > :06:47.knowing it's them. I wasn't sure if it was someone's

:06:48. > :06:52.idea of a sick joke.
