:00:00. > :00:00.Hello. I'm Leah, and you're live with Newsround. We've got your top

:00:07. > :00:12.stories covered today, plus some of this: We'll reveal the Sport Relief

:00:13. > :00:16.backside champ. And keep watching to find out what

:00:17. > :00:23.this is all about. Only on Newsround.

:00:24. > :00:27.First to the Ukraine, where there has once again been violence as

:00:28. > :00:31.tensions grow ahead of a big vote. Tomorrow, the people of Crimea will

:00:32. > :00:35.decide whether or not the region should become part of Russia. Most

:00:36. > :00:38.of the people living there believe they are Russian, but the Ukrainian

:00:39. > :00:42.government say this vote breaks international law. The United States

:00:43. > :00:46.also believes the vote shouldn't go ahead.

:00:47. > :00:49.Next, he's going to be the first British astronaut to visit the

:00:50. > :00:53.International Space Station. Major Tim Peake is busy preparing for his

:00:54. > :00:57.mission at a training camp in Russia, but he found the time to

:00:58. > :01:01.chat to Nel and answer some of your questions.

:01:02. > :01:06.Thank you for joining us. I have loads of questions. Are you ready?

:01:07. > :01:12.Certainly. "I'd like to be an astronaut when I grow up. What do I

:01:13. > :01:14.did need to do?" Nothing in particular. We have teachers,

:01:15. > :01:21.doctors, engineers, scientists, who have all become astronauts. I think

:01:22. > :01:25.the main thing is to be passionate about what you do, and as good as

:01:26. > :01:28.you can be at what you do, and I'm sure you'll succeed. We have a

:01:29. > :01:32.question from Kate and Elizabeth Davies in Liverpool. They want to

:01:33. > :01:36.know if you can keep pets in space. Yes, you can. Although they are not

:01:37. > :01:40.our pets, they belong to the space programme, for example fish have

:01:41. > :01:50.been taken up by the Japanese Space Agency. And Emily wants to know what

:01:51. > :01:56.food you will miss. I've been told I can pack up my own tea bags, so I

:01:57. > :02:00.will have some British food. In terms of what I will miss the most,

:02:01. > :02:06.I've heard fresh pizza and fresh bread are the things that are most

:02:07. > :02:10.missed. I have a question here from George in Croydon in the south of

:02:11. > :02:13.England. He wants to know, "When you're stuck up there on the space

:02:14. > :02:18.station for six months, what would you do if you fell out with any of

:02:19. > :02:21.the other astronauts? It's not like you can go for a walk or go home."

:02:22. > :02:27.You're absolutely right. You can't go for a walk. I think the main

:02:28. > :02:31.thing is to try not to fall out with your other crew. We do a lot of

:02:32. > :02:34.training. If you did fall out with somebody onboard, there are plenty

:02:35. > :02:38.of spaces to take yourself away. The space station is not as small as

:02:39. > :02:43.people think. It is quite a large space. You have the opportunity to

:02:44. > :02:47.get your own space if you need it. All this week, you've been sending

:02:48. > :02:50.us your amazing robot designs. From robots that save injured fish, to

:02:51. > :02:55.ones that help the police catch criminals, they've all been

:02:56. > :02:58.brilliant. So before the weekend is out, we wanted to show you a few

:02:59. > :03:02.more. Olivia in Livingston sent us the BroBot. She says it's like a

:03:03. > :03:06.brother...but better. He's able to be your friend if you're feeling a

:03:07. > :03:10.bit lonely, and cheers you up if you are having a bad day. Joshua in

:03:11. > :03:14.Liverpool designed Smash the robot. When he's not hanging out with you,

:03:15. > :03:18.Smash is a professional boxer. And Thomas from Cheshire has come up

:03:19. > :03:22.with a robot to solve all your pocket money problems. If you need

:03:23. > :03:26.any money, just open the Bank Robot's secret door. Thanks for all

:03:27. > :03:30.of those, guys, and we'll try and get as many as we can up on the

:03:31. > :03:34.website. Next, will it be England, Ireland or

:03:35. > :03:37.France? Today is the final day of Rugby Union's Six Nations

:03:38. > :03:41.competition, with all three teams still in with a chance of glory.

:03:42. > :03:44.It'll be an emotional day for Ireland's Brian O'Driscoll, who will

:03:45. > :03:49.play his final match for his country. He'll be up against the

:03:50. > :04:03.French, knowing a win in Paris would secure the title. All the cleaning

:04:04. > :04:10.my boots and polishing my shoes. Inside, all have some more emotion

:04:11. > :04:14.this week. Hopefully I can keep it in check and projected in the best

:04:15. > :04:18.positive way into my performance. And you lot clearly can't wait for

:04:19. > :04:21.this afternoon's games to start. All morning, you've been sending in your

:04:22. > :04:25.good luck messages. Nonya says she can't wait to watch the action

:04:26. > :04:31.later, and hopes all the teams do well, especially England!

:04:32. > :04:35.Ronan is rooting for Ireland, wanting them to win in Brain

:04:36. > :04:39.O'Driscoll's last game. And Phoebe says, "Good luck, Wales. I hope they

:04:40. > :04:41.can finish with a big win." Thanks so much for all those comments, keep

:04:42. > :04:48.them coming in. Now to that gruelling Sport Relief

:04:49. > :04:51.challenge, where these two had to each sit on 45,000 seats at Wembley

:04:52. > :04:55.Stadium! Well, we now have a winner. Watch out for the flashes coming up.

:04:56. > :04:58.Former England captain Alan Shearer beat fellow footballer Robbie

:04:59. > :05:02.Savage. They had to sit on a seat every four seconds for ten hours a

:05:03. > :05:06.day to complete the task in time. It's left them a little sore, but

:05:07. > :05:09.they both recovered in a bath full of ice. Let's hear from the winner,

:05:10. > :05:12.though - Alan Shearer. Seems a long time ago last Monday

:05:13. > :05:15.morning at 7:30 when we started. The competition was a competition. Two

:05:16. > :05:18.ex-sportsman, so neither of us wanted to get beaten. Absolutely

:05:19. > :05:22.delighted to have completed it for a great cause, and I hope we can raise

:05:23. > :05:26.hundreds of thousands of pounds. That's what it is for. Well done,

:05:27. > :05:30.guys. Now, this guy wasn't just horsing

:05:31. > :05:33.around when he flew through the air dangling from a helicopter. He was

:05:34. > :05:37.being rescued from the bottom of a canyon in America after an accident.

:05:38. > :05:42.The horse was put into a special harness before being lifted to

:05:43. > :05:51.safety. He seems pretty relaxed about the whole thing. Excellent

:05:52. > :05:57.story. That's it for me. I have run out of time. I'll be back soon. Head

:05:58. > :05:59.to the website to find out more about the new Doctor Who villain.
