0:00:51 > 0:00:54here in Geneva in Switzerland.
0:00:54 > 0:00:57Today also coincides with the fifth anniversary of the start
0:00:57 > 0:01:00of the Syrian conflict.
0:01:00 > 0:01:04For five long years, there has been fighting and bombing.

0:01:23 > 0:01:26and they have all failed - until now, when we think
0:01:26 > 0:01:32there is perhaps some faint progress.
0:01:32 > 0:01:34And that's because Russia has announced it will withdraw
0:01:34 > 0:01:38its military from Syria.
0:01:38 > 0:01:41Russia had been bombing what it said were Islamic extremist
0:01:41 > 0:01:44groups in Syria.

0:01:59 > 0:02:02The Syrian opposition and UN negotiators have welcomed Russia's
0:02:02 > 0:02:06move as a positive start.

0:02:19 > 0:02:20Thanks Imogen.
0:02:20 > 0:02:22Children living in Syria have also been explaining what life
0:02:22 > 0:02:25is like for them.
0:03:08 > 0:03:11Head online if you want to know more about what's been
0:03:11 > 0:03:12happening in Syria.
0:03:12 > 0:03:15And if anything in the news upsets you, there's lots of advice online,
0:03:15 > 0:03:16too.
0:03:18 > 0:03:20Fossils revealing how T-Rex became a fearsome dinosaur have been found
0:03:20 > 0:03:24in Uzebekistan in Central Asia.
0:03:24 > 0:03:27The new species of Tyrannosaur helps show how these dinosaurs evolved
0:03:27 > 0:03:30into giant monsters.
0:03:30 > 0:03:32The BBC's Science Reporter, Victoria Gill, sent Newsround this
0:03:32 > 0:03:33report.
0:03:36 > 0:03:38So, this is it here, some of the fossils,
0:03:38 > 0:03:40not all of them, but the ones we have here.
0:03:40 > 0:03:41A small box for a dinosaur?
0:03:41 > 0:03:42A small box.
0:03:42 > 0:03:45What we have inside are two of the bits.
0:03:45 > 0:03:46Can I hold it?
0:03:46 > 0:03:47Yeah, of course.
0:03:47 > 0:03:48There you are.
0:03:48 > 0:03:49Be careful, of course.
0:03:49 > 0:03:5090 million years old.
0:03:50 > 0:03:51There's only one of them.
0:03:51 > 0:03:52Amazing.
0:03:52 > 0:03:54It's a totally new species of Tyrannosaurus, it is called
0:03:54 > 0:03:58Timurlengia.
0:03:58 > 0:04:00Way back in the Jurassic period, Tyrannosaurus weren't a whole lot
0:04:00 > 0:04:03bigger than me.
0:04:03 > 0:04:04Tyrannosaurus stayed that way - human-sized, dog-size,
0:04:04 > 0:04:09a little bit bigger, until about this time,
0:04:09 > 0:04:1290 million years ago or so, when they started to very suddenly
0:04:12 > 0:04:15get huge and become dominant, and go right to the top
0:04:15 > 0:04:17of the food chain.
0:04:17 > 0:04:20This is one of those Tyrannosaurus on the cusp of becoming a T-Rex
0:04:20 > 0:04:23type of animal.
0:04:25 > 0:04:27Take a look at these tiny but powerful robots.
0:04:27 > 0:04:31These microtugs can pull objects 2000 times heavier than themselves -
0:04:31 > 0:04:35that's the same as one of us pulling a blue whale.
0:04:35 > 0:04:37But when scientists at Stanford University in the US
0:04:37 > 0:04:39join them together, they can do this.
0:04:39 > 0:04:42Here they are moving a car 3000 times their combined weight.
