:00:00. > :00:00.Morning, Newsrounders, Ayshah here with

:00:00. > :00:19.Big Phil quits Brazil, and a big vote for a sheep named Shaun.

:00:20. > :00:22.First, 11 million people here in the UK have a disability,

:00:23. > :00:25.and for some disabled people getting around can be challenging,

:00:26. > :00:28.and things like lifts and ramps are essential for everyday life.

:00:29. > :00:32.15-year-old Kieran got in touch with Newsround to tell us

:00:33. > :00:34.about the difficulties he experiences in rural Scotland,

:00:35. > :00:52.I have come to the north of Scotland to meet 15-year-old Kieron, who has

:00:53. > :00:55.cerebral palsy, just like me. But what is life like getting around in

:00:56. > :01:02.a small place like this? Cerebral palsy is a condition that

:01:03. > :01:06.can accept your coordination, unlike me, Kieran spends a lot of time in a

:01:07. > :01:19.wheelchair. It basically affects my legs, which can make an issue around

:01:20. > :01:23.school and buses and things. Can you give me an insight into what

:01:24. > :01:26.challenges you face? Steps everywhere, bumps on the pavement,

:01:27. > :01:35.just generally trying to get around. How does it make you feel?

:01:36. > :01:42.Sometimes it is OK to get help. But in other situations, you kind of

:01:43. > :01:51.just want to say, please leave me to get on with it. But sometimes, that

:01:52. > :01:59.isn't an option. I'm a teenager, and I'm seeing all my friends go off and

:02:00. > :02:06.become independent, and not need as much help as I do. But why is

:02:07. > :02:11.accessibility such a problem? Because there are semi-old, stone

:02:12. > :02:20.buildings. Narrow doorways. It can be a bit of a challenge. Why are

:02:21. > :02:25.changes not being made? If we had unlimited funds, and shopkeepers

:02:26. > :02:32.did, it would be done tomorrow. So, what would Kieran like to see in the

:02:33. > :02:39.future? A lot more ramps, potholes fixed, new pavements pudding. I am

:02:40. > :02:46.not gay to let this hunk of junk get in my way, because I know what I

:02:47. > :02:53.want to do. What job due want to do when you grow up? I want to do your

:02:54. > :02:58.job! Thank you, Kieran, and Martin.

:02:59. > :02:59.Step aside Sooty, get back Postman Pat.

:03:00. > :03:02.Shaun the Sheep has just been voted the favourite BBC children?s TV

:03:03. > :03:06.The farmyard favourite made his first appearance in the 1995 film

:03:07. > :03:09.Wallace and Gromit, before bagging his own CBBC show 12 years later.

:03:10. > :03:12.He beat loads of old famous shows your grandma and grandad might have

:03:13. > :03:14.watched, like Paddington Bear and the Magic Roundabout,

:03:15. > :03:22.It's thought England could have women bishops as early as the end

:03:23. > :03:26.Until now women haven't been allowed to hold the top positions in the

:03:27. > :03:29.Church of England, but a big vote in the Church changes all that.

:03:30. > :03:31.The final decision has taken a long time because some people

:03:32. > :03:34.in the church don't think women should be bishops.

:03:35. > :03:36.There were big celebrations in the Church as

:03:37. > :03:44.the news was announced, but some people aren't happy about it.

:03:45. > :03:50.We believe that the Bible teaches that whilst men and women are

:03:51. > :03:53.completely equal in the eyes of God and in every respect, they

:03:54. > :03:59.nevertheless have different roles within the church. I am thrilled

:04:00. > :04:05.that it has gone through, and I hope that maybe in our county, we could

:04:06. > :04:08.have a woman bishop. Still against it, still sad, but I would be doing

:04:09. > :04:13.anything dramatic like leaving the church, because we live in a

:04:14. > :04:15.democracy, and one just has to go with the majority.

:04:16. > :04:17.You might remember this guy from the World Cup.

:04:18. > :04:19.Phil Scolari was the coach of Brazil.

:04:20. > :04:22.Yes, that?s right, the Brazil that got beaten 7-1 by Germany.

:04:23. > :04:23.And that?s probably why he has just quit.

:04:24. > :04:26.The man known as Big Phil won the 2002 World Cup

:04:27. > :04:29.with Brazil, but after his team?s terrible finish to this summer?s

:04:30. > :04:34.And if you're missing the World Cup already, the Newsround website is

:04:35. > :04:38.There's loads of stuff there to keep you going.

:04:39. > :04:41.How about the best goal celebrations from the World Cup? No?

:04:42. > :04:46.OK, what about a rundown of the best goals at Brazil 2014?

:04:47. > :04:50.You can also check out an amazing clip of a hailstorm on a beach!

:04:51. > :04:56.Newsround will be back in the same place at 4.20pm.
