:00:23. > :00:27.These kilobots are based on insects and designed to work together.

:00:28. > :00:37.This swarm of robots can form different shapes without humans

:00:38. > :00:43.In the animal kingdom, insects, birds and fish work as part

:00:44. > :00:46.of a team to find food and protect each other.

:00:47. > :00:49.These robots have been designed to do the same.

:00:50. > :00:53.They interact with each other to form these patterns.

:00:54. > :00:57.Each kilobot, as they're called, is the size of a penny.

:00:58. > :01:00.To create something like this, four lead robots are placed where

:01:01. > :01:05.The other robots communicate with these leaders to find

:01:06. > :01:18.They can sense each other to avoid colliding, just like animals do.

:01:19. > :01:25.There are all sorts of reasons to use these, two years ago during the

:01:26. > :01:30.Olympics in London, it was suggested that we could use lots of tiny bomb

:01:31. > :01:34.detecting robots, sending out swarms of robots that would be no bigger

:01:35. > :01:39.than a small toy car, or if you were at a music festival, you could have

:01:40. > :01:43.these robots following around the largest groups of people and making

:01:44. > :01:45.sure that they all had plenty of Internet access so everyone could

:01:46. > :01:47.upload their pictures and Internet videos.

:01:48. > :01:49.These robots could one day be sent into dangerous situations

:01:50. > :01:51.like a natural disaster, searching for survivors,

:01:52. > :01:54.or much further into space, looking for life on another planet.

:01:55. > :01:57.Next, the Premier League says it's cracking down on fans who film footy

:01:58. > :02:00.highlights on their phones and upload them online.

:02:01. > :02:02.League bosses are warning people that sharing clips

:02:03. > :02:06.from live matches, or footage from games on TV, is illegal.

:02:07. > :02:09.Loads of clips were shared on social media during the World Cup

:02:10. > :02:12.but the Premier League says that breaks rights rules.

:02:13. > :02:16.The move's been criticised by some fans.

:02:17. > :02:19.Frankly, ordinary fans videoing a moment of

:02:20. > :02:22.excitement or some other point of interest and putting it on YouTube
